HLT should release its Quarterly Report in end-May, and Annual Report in June. That will provide great insights on the future prospect of the company.

Patience, it went up a lot yesterday. Some traders are taking profits. We will need to look at its upcoming quarterly report in June. If its good, it will fly and its very hard to buy at a low price now. Of course if the result is below expectation, we will see a price correction.

Let us see what HLT earnings is, then we will have a better picture. The key is still fundamentals.

If we take rm284 mil as 4 quarter profits (rm71 mil per quarter), its forward PE is 22 times. Its low, not including higher ASP and volume for the next 3 quarters.

Same here, TP: rm0.80... it should perform better compared to past financials.

Top up at 0.40 cents per share and warrant too. Based on "Shareholding Analysis 29 March 2019", the insiders are holding 75% shares of the company. I am betting that the decisions they make, will be in the best interest of the company.

Why a foreign currency loss of rm36.5 mil? This reporting quarter average is RM4.20/$1 compared to corresponding quarter of RM4.10/$1. I wonder.

All comes down to fundamental. We would have to wait for the company's quarterly results in June. See if the company can make above rm10 mil for FY2020, like it did back in 2013-2016. It turn from a net loss company in 2017-2018, to a profitable company with rm4.68 net profits for 2019.

What about FY2020?

Comfort has increasing profits over 4 quarters y-o-y, and the lowest PE compared to Supermax, Top Glove & Hartalega. Of course, the others are great companies too.

I am expecting HLT to at least make rm10 mil profit for FY2020, similar with their pre-IPO times of making rm9-12 mil per year.

Q1 result probably affected by MCO (50% workforce) but expecting a much bigger jump for Q2-Q4.

Let us stay close in its quarterly reporting in June.

Directors are buying between rm0.28 - 0.32 per share. Current disposal is mainly warrants and not mother share.

HLT has 2 main division:
a) Glove-dipping line
b) Manufacturing gloves via its 55% stake in HL Rubber Industries

Most sectors are affected, only ones doing well is healthcare (gloves, medical equipments, cleaning products and service) & E&E related (cloud computing, HDD, EDD as many work-from-home). This trend should continue till year-end, at the very least.

It can be a transfer of shares, from 1 party to another off-market.
