Final Dividend received :)

Wow, last 30mins buy, someone buying in huge volume, pushing prices UP from rm3.10 onwards.

Yay! To receive 4 cents dividend next month. :)

It has a high ROE of nearly 30%, and increasing net cash position. In addition, it has the highest "Profit Before Tax" compared to all quarterly profits in FY2015. :)

What I really like about Lii Hen is:
a) Increasing year-on-year profits for 11 straight quarters.
b) 2QFY16 "Profit-Before-Tax (PBT)" is higher compared to all PBT for FY15, except 1QFY16.
c) Return-On-Equity (ROE) improves to 30%.
d) Higher dividend reported for 2QFY16.
e) Pays dividends every quarter.
f) CASH RICH - Net Cash Position (rm123mil cash, rm30 debts only)
g) If u study closely, Lii Hen usually has higher tax claims for Q3 & Q4, hence expecting higher profits for both coming quarters.

Actually if we take a closer look, Lii Hen "Profit Before Tax" of rm22.25 million for 2QFY16, is higher than all previous quarters profit before tax for FY15, except 1QFY16.

2QFY16: RM 22.248 mil
1QFY16: RM 27.787 mil
4QFY15: RM 21.734 mil
3QFY15: RM 18.923 mil
2QFY15: RM 17.456 mil
1QFY15: RM 13.870 mil

Year-on-year very good, but falling quarter-on-quarter. Have to see how the market respond to this news on Monday. .

Low volume (RM weakens a little)

Lii Hen has ROE 28%, 7-8% dividend yield, PE 9, forward PE 7, Net Cash position, increasing profits over 10 quarters, good US home sales for Q2, these are plus points for Lii Hen! Let's hope for the best for Q2FY16 result. :)

Q3 & Q4, I smell dividends coming. The company has a net cash position of over rm300 million. Cash rich! :)

Warren Buffett purchased his first stock "Cities Service" at $38 per share, the stock price fell to $27 but soon went to $40. He sold the stock at $40, but guess what, the stock shot up to $202 in the next few years. Patience is a virtue in investing, especially when the company is fundamentally strong :)

Yeap, home prices in US is picking up too. With TPPA, furniture exporters will benefit further. Let us see... :)
