To save this company, to be taken private and minority shareholders biting the bullet..

Dont see any reason why this company cannot fold and broken up... emerge as new entity with clean books.

2) Market price shows. Many people has 1st hand information.. yours probably 6-7th hand. Holding a stock for months and years with no appreciation, no dividend and high chance of losses.. its a bad call.
