May Housing starts beat expectations – 5th monthly
increases to-date
Data from Japan’s the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and
Transport shows starts rose by 9% compared to May last
year. The May data signals the fifth consecutive monthly
increase in housing starts.


The data from the Ministry also shows orders for housing
placed with the top construction companies expanded
more than 30% compared to the decline reported in April

for vs holders, please consider do switching when the price is still high now, company free cash flow is in negative trend even though company earning profit, this type of company will suffer when there is slowdown in order from customer, take note on this, history already telling us when few yrs back, they were in red.. better consider other company with increasing profit and free caah flow, the upside will be limited
