I think I already given out just too many stocks for buying this year

In the beginning stock pickings like Naim at 50 sen & Azrb at 35 sen were so easy as they are low hanging fruit

After that it was getting harder and harder to find bargain stocks

Later even good stocks also didn't moved after I posted recommendations

So I think the Market is facing saturation & fatigue

Next month is also May or 5 month

5 as we know is an unstable number

Four digits before 5 are 1,2,3 & 4

Four digits after 5 are 6,7,8 & 9

PH Govt won election on May 2018 or the 5th month

Also there is a saying

"SELL IN MAY AND GO AWAY"

hmmm? Good idea!

I better sell now in April before others start selling in May

By the time people starts selling in May I have already gone for holiday

Substantial Shareholder's Shareholding - LEE CHUN WAH has been buying...

Breakout from consolidation/sideways channel.
Expected to go Higher to challenge the previous high of 0.92

Actually this is a good news for Hibiscus's shareholders!

Why?

1) The management is FORCED to make a statement to clarify the possible misinterpretation of the news portal reporting.

2) In sharing the true story, the status of the matter, management had revealed that "This temporary production halt (6 days) is not expected to impact our crude oil offtake schedule or have any material effect on the earnings of the Hibiscus Petroleum group for the financial year ending 30 June 2019".

So, what's the issue??

Now is already April and the incident occur in February and management knows the fact whether production was impacted or not.
This management has the integrity as far as I know, to tell the truth... (They are not stupid to take the risk to lie because later the truth will be revealed in this coming quarterly results reporting, expected to be by end of May 2019.

Now I am more confident (no worry) now that the Anasuria uptake is according to HIBISCUS schedule/plan!

3) Brent crude oil is going up...trending up.

Question: What have changed in MYEG business performance and prospects?

Better or Worst??

In my opinion, MYEG continues to perform excellently despite under tremendous pressure. In fact, MYEG worked even harder to expand its business overseas (Philippines, Indonesia & Bangladesh) and reduces its reliance on revenue from Malaysia alone.

On top of that, MYEG continue to develop more new business opportunities, leveraging from technology like blockchain, investment in Chinese Virtual Reality (“VR”), Augmented Reality (“AR”) and Artificial Intelligence(“AI”) etc.

In my opinion, currently MYEG is even stronger and better now than pre GE14

Slow but steady moving up.
I like it this way.

Yes, DAYANG is a very speculative stock right now FOR SOME PEOPLE BECAUSE many of them are merely SPECULATING without truly analyse and understand the business and the prospects the company.

To some investors, DAYANG is a GEM, high probability windfall stock in the near future because they can see the GREAT POTENTIAL in this company's future performance...because they do their homework, research and analyse the company business, operations & performance.... Therefore, to these investors, DAYANG is a good investment stock and not speculative!

So it depends....
Depending on who you are...
Both also correct!!!

Dayang is a very speculative counter. A very risky to invest in Dayang.

It is a real joke (good laugh) for me when I see people want to buy DAYANG stock because there is someone (did not verify if it is fake) gave a "guarantee a win" offer. :D))

When Oil is below $65 and struggling to break and keep above that level, people are scared that it cannot hold that level...hopeful that it can go above $70... Then now, the same attitude and behaviour repeats...

I advice these people better put their money in CIMB, Maybank or RHB's Fixed Deposits account better, so they can sleep well. Investment seems not suitable for them because it is TOO RISKY, especially strong fundamental stocks like HIBISCUS.

Operator collected enough already?
Time to move??

The Rights issue had already successfully completed last year ( in December 2018 )

Raised about RM285M which had been productively utilised to expand by 3 times the production capacity of its Intergrated Poultry Segment in Lumut Perak.

Currently some shareholders and Directors are only exercising and converting some of their Warrants and Iculs into Mflour mother shares. Such conversions are positive indications of their bullish views in the bright business growth and increasing profitability of Mflour

One of the directors TAN SRI DATO’ SERI ARSHAD BIN AYUB sold his shares (warrants) since 14 February 2019.

Share price of MFLOUR was RM0.585on 14 February.
You know what's the share price close of last Friday?

Yes, it closed at RM0.84 on 5th April 2019

Got my message??
Need me to explain on the effect of the sales of this director's shareholding??

The 75 million shares were sold by Asia Internet Holdings (registered in Asia Internet Holdings). No selling by the directors from their personal holdings.

By virtue that TS Wong and Dr Norraesah are the shareholders of Asia Internet Holdings, they have to report/declare also...their indirect interest.

Btw, not all the time when there is a selling by owners are bad.

Have you ever thought of the good things that can happen - like strategic plan etc.???

Who is willing to buy such big stake (75 million shares X RM1.38) if they are not confident of the future of MYEG???

Rich people are never stupid one!!!

Oil price is on the rise (and most importantly, its current level is above all critical moving averages - short-term to long-term = Bullish!)

I am already "full tank" in HIBISCUS and waiting patiently for the rally. The price have to go up...no choice! :D))

I believe some Funds Managers already eyeing & started accumulating MYEG shares after they have clearer direction of the company's business and now the clearance of the uncertainty about the risk of losing its Malaysian government's jobs since after GE14.

Can see the development and potential future growth of this company with more collaborations with others for a win-win partnership

There is no good reason to keep HIBISCUS at this low price when current performance and future outlook/prospect is GOOD.

1) Next quarterly results should achieve higher revenue than the previous quarter with higher production (previous lower uptake affected by scheduled maintenance).

2) Better profitability derive from lower cost of production (higher output) and higher oil price (we already can confirm this based on the oil price data from January 2019 till today March 27)

The only direction for the price of HIBISCUS is UP !!!

There could be some profit taking because currently price is in OverBought zone. Positive sentiment should be able to absorb some of the profit taking activities

My immediate target is 1.53

It lokks like today MYEG is very unlikely it will drop.

The chart shows that it should make new high because of positive money flow and good momentum.

Price still have not touch the Bollinger Band's upper limit - still room to go higher.

1) stronger oil price
2) increase in its productions from its production enhancement initiatives
3) US$ still at reasonably high level level compared to Ringgit
4) Hibiscus is a strong and healthy company with high net cash position, managed by highly competent and transparent management team team

Yes it is highly possible that the company may declare a dividend pay out by distributing the treasury shares (from the share buy back) instead of cancelling those treasury shares or sell back in the market. This is one of the best reward to the shareholders for believing and supporting MYEG over the recent hard times....

Just hopeful. :D)

Chartwise, NISHIN has good support at current level and high probability of further upward movements after breaking above 0.29 - major resistant level (just waiting for a catalyst)

Based on TA, the current correction/consolidation may be brief and swift! So watchout!!!

MUDA for traders is a bit frustrating.
But for an investors (more patient), it will just be fine!

Of corse it will rise again
