I think you didn’t properly follow Bursamaster’s posts since you simply said that he is promoting microstocks..many of the articles were written on counters with good fundamentals that price went up much higher than after the post was made..examples are HOHUP, MASTER..

Plus the articles were written only to create ‘awareness’ of the facts and figures and no ‘promotion’ or ‘recommendation’ were made as mentioned in all his articles’ disclaimers

As for those microstocks..like i commented above, the price of the stock is commensurate to the current quality of the company..if you want to buy blue chips then go ahead and ignore the article..but you don’t need to condemn others for sharing their thoughts..

@ Kingfisher - to you, this company might seem rotten (however i would not simply label other counters as 'rotten' without proper basis/justification)

But I feel that the writer is merely expressing that at the existing market price of 6.5 cents, this company looks appetizing/appealing as the company had recently posted 3 consecutive quarterly profits, despite being in PN17 category..based on the writeup & commentary, the future looks brighter for this company as it is taking the necessary actions to turnaround..

At 6.5 cents price, do not expect to get a company with blue chip quality like NESTLE or MAYBANK..I believe that the best investments come from companies that are starting to turnaround, as they provide a lower entry capital which means higher potential upside and lower potential downside

Despite that, with the consistent revenue and cost control measures company is embarking, even without asset disposal gain (proven in February 2019 report where there was no asset disposal gain), the company is still able to deliver EPS of 2.17 cents.

@teareader819 - noted on the disposal of director however we don’t really know the intention of disposal. However, as i mentioned earlier they had susbribed to rights issue exercise in 2018, therefore paring some stakes when the price spikes is normal as they had forked out cash when other investors would not have. Selling has stopped since 25/4/2019.

Recently Ekovest also saw disposal by major shareholders/directors during price spike, but it didn’t stop price from moving higher.

Sometimes, a sharing is made purely on the basis to highlight findings at a particular moment of time, and nothing more than that.

As for whether the company is real or fake, i am only basing my articles on facts reported in the official quarter report. Auditors of the company would have voiced out if any irregularities arised, but so far none. Therefore i will take the fact as it is for now.

Ok then, because my articles are also based on facts and figures laid out in quarter report and charts. But seems you have a negative bias towards me because you never thanked me even though I have taken my own time and effort to do my sharings with the community.

The writeup is made at a point when the company is on a retracement. I had only recently have time to consict a detailed study on the financials of this company.

I would think this is better than writing when the company was at its peak of 56.5 cents in early April 2019.

@megacity - I am writing at the point the company is on retracement. I had only recently had the time to conduct a detailed study on the financials.

I would think this is better than writing an article when the company was at top price of 56.5 cents in early April 2019.

@ramada - I have to correct your mistake there u said ‘directors’ but recently in 2019 only 1 particular ‘director’ has pared down some insignificant stakes in the company, which I see as a non issue as this particular director had subscribed to the rights issue exercise last year, which means he is supporting the company when required.

Lets refer to few similar retailers in apparel business:

1. Padini trading at 15x PE
2. Bonia trading at 13x PE
3. Aeon trading at 19x PE
4. Parkson trading at -11x PE

Therefore I believe PE of 9-10 should provide a conservative outlook for the stock’s fair value

@ gobu86 - ECOFIRS market cap is RM 240.95 million which is significantly higher than SMRT RM 46.81 million (roughly 6 times bigger market cap)..therefore larger market cap needs more capital to move it up compared to smaller market cap

@ Heavenly Punter - you may choose to buy low..or chase high..best is buy at low

@ DreamKaiser - of course the volume is low, because it is in accumulation phase..once the volume start to surge in, low prices will no more be available

@UnicornP - it should be taken as an opinion and NOT a recommendation..i believe Bursamaster never used the word 'recommend' or 'advise' on any of his articles..implying that he is merely sharing his observations and opinions on a certain counter, to the public community

i have been following Bursamaster just recently past few months and what i observe is that..counters which have been highlighted by Bursamaster, have been steadily trending with healthy volume participation..of course there might be pullbacks but this is healthy in an uptrend counter in order to ensure that it has enough fuel to further uptrend (example HOHUP, REDTONE)

all in all..counters that are highlighted have positive financials, good future prospects and healthy charts..look forward for more sharing by Bursamaster for the public good

there are investors who look for undervalued counters (capital growth) and long term stable income (dividend yields)

and then there are traders who trade based on charts (whether it be intraday, contra, or swing 1-2 weeks)

@qqq3 - it's easy for u to say to invest in long term for dividends..but in practicality, how many are really willing to buy and hold for long term let's say 5-10 years?

@Philip - such a detailed question on the receivables should be addressed to the company during AGM and you can get your answer..I do not work for AHB so I only can judge the facts as they are and the writer in above article has demonstrated facts and figures instead of mere speculation

You mentioned the stock went downtrend from 2017..most stocks went downtrend last year due to the trade war debacle between US-China which affected stocks throughout 2018..now that the sentiment has turned bullish, most of the counters which had hit their year lows are starting to rebound..i believe the writer just wishes to highlight his opinion on an opportunity that he sees with the market..

And so far, looking at few articles recently posted by BURSAMASTER eg HOHUP, DANCO and MASTER, all the stocks have been healthily picked and the prices have maintained their uptrend

As for your comment about EPF being jokers..such a comment i feel is not suitabable to be made here in public forum..u may keep that to youself..do not look down and underestimate civil servants who are dedicating their effort to serve our country..shame on you..if you really feel such, go ahead and write officially to EPF to make your point rather than talk bad about them in this forum

Trade receivables are a good thing..as it indicates the significant amount of goods that company has delivered and now just pending payment from clients

I believe as investors we should allow the company management to do their jobs in pursuing the trade receivables..some improvements were surely made in FY2018 to the company operations and strategy..if not we wouldn’t have seen EPF taking an entry last year (I trust EPF would have done their due diligence with AHB management team via face to face visit and interview, and are confident in their abilities to run the business, before they invested in AHB)
