Market looks forward to at the least 6 moths to 1 year ahead. Anything less already discounted.

Now the chairman of Cypark and his family has a lot of cash from disposal of Pimpinan Ehsan Bhd shares. Probably some of this cash may flow to Cypark as currently the price of the shares are still very much under their intrinsic value.
Previously the share price was depressed probably due to a number of disposals by the Chairman. So now we may look forward to a good future for all Cypark shareholders who have been waiting patiently till now.

The successful take up of 20% PP indicates that Air Asia definitely will at the very least survive if not thrive going forward. It shows that the subscribers/investors have full confidence of the future of AIR Asia. The recent so called news of Air Asia Japan JV bankruptcy is already fully discounted as the market already knew about it much earlier.

The current down in price may be due to new issue of shares at only 67.5 sen but Air Asia share price will definitely go up again as its future as a LCC airline is bright as there will be less competitors and lower cost of operation going forward. What is more exiting Air Asia is that it transforming itself into the digital world especially with the digital banking among others. The future is bright and exiting, just need a little bit of patience. Invest for the future, not the past.

It would be fairer to all if AA have chosen to raise fund via RI instead of PP where certain people benefit greatly by being given underpriced shares.

Crude oi currently at all time high since more than one year and still climbing up. Oil services support biz such as Scomi will definitely benefit. The counter still not much moved in price unlike others.

G Capital is investing in IT via Yi Lai Bhd which in the process of changing the name to YB Ventures Bhd to better reflect its new biz direction into IT. Yi Lai in addition is giving a bonus issue of 2 for every 3 shares held. Green energy is now the way forward. Even oil majors, including our very own Petronas are investing in renewable energy projects.
Today Pimpinan Ehsan hits limit up on news acquiring a solar PV company. G Capital has already a head start in renewable hydro power projects and very recently buying into a solar PV project.
G Capital is also in land transportation, healthcare, IT solutions and soon banking in emerging Cambodia.

Warren Buffett bought oil major Chevron as oil continue to rise.

It is more equitable to all shareholders if the fund raising done via rights issue [RI] instead of private placement [PP] especially if the PP is large and issued at a big discount in price.

Inresing demand but decreasing supply will surely propel the price further up. Good for M&G biz.

High crude oil price coupled with the largest ever gas discovery in Malaysia by PTT of Thailand off shore of Sarawak will definitely good for M&G.

There is nothing bad about PP if done fairly with good intention as it shows support from investors and a quick way to raise equity capital. The recurring issue that arise is the pricing of the PP shares. Normally the issuers chose to price the shares for PP when the past 5 day average price were comparatively low. Too much leeway were given to directors to fix the price and the discount. Similar issue also happen in fixing ESOS price.

It appears obvious that AA had chosen to price the PP based on the low average price of 5 day VWAP up to only 9 Feb as prices were on the way up. The potential buyers can either sell or short the shares to make easy killing ! Very cunning !

Now G Capital is investing in a solar project, widening further its investments in renewable energy space. Currently G Capital is already in the development and operation of a no of hydro electric power projects. Congratulation to G Capital for going into a fast growing renewable energy generation using solar PV technology.

LYC will certainly benefit in the long term as healthcare is a fast growing service industry as the income level and percentage of elder population of the country rise.

Global markets bullish and Brent Crude Oil has reached $ 60 !!!

In investing we discount the past and even the present but look forward to the future. People will continue to travel by airlines and huge pent-up demand especially in leisure travel.

A new budget airline Greater Bay Airlines (GBA)had applied for the rights to fly 104 routes across China Greater Bay Area. The startup also applied to operate flights to multiple cities in Japan, Vietnam, South Korea, and other popular regional tourist destinations.
This shows that airline biz in particular the low cost ones will soon turn around any time now.

The current new issue of ESOS was priced at a very reasonable and fair price of RM 1.16 at a reasonable discount from the reference price of RM 1.38.

Nothing to worry about Cypark as it is still unappreciated and undervalued and Cypark is in the right biz of green energy, already owning and operating a no of projects with long term guaranteed incomes. Some others in so called in the green energy biz are mostly just contractors or suppliers, not developers or owners.
The stock price glitch down are temporary, perhaps due to recent exercise of ESOS at an extremely low price of only 59.5 sen.

Directors have been buying the shares at even higher than current price. We can safely presume that they know why they are buying, perhaps expecting better performance in the near future.

The ACE Market Samaiden and Solarvest should not be compared at all with Cypark as they are basically just contractors for green/solar projects. The nearest comparison to Cypark in green energy space are perhaps Main Board listed Amcorp Properties that own both solar farm and small hydro plants; and G Capital that own a no of hydro plants.

However except from issuing and repricing ESOS at too large a discount, Cypark is an excellent company in the right growing sector and still very much undervalued at current price. The current high debts and negative cashflows are of no issue if you understand properly the kind of biz that Cypark is in.

Agreed that ESOS exercise can be beneficial for both the company and the affected employees if it done and price rightly. ESOS should be given subject to some performance targets and issued at a fair price, not at a huge discount. In addition it should not be issued in large numbers and too frequently.

Other green energy projects include waste to energy, biogas and biomass.

Cypark has developed and owned more than solar farms in the space of green energy.

G Capital is a growth company under the new shareholders. Apart from land transportation and green energy from minihydros, the company had ventures into a no of growth biz in healthcare, IT, banking in Cambodia and recently even buying shares in Maju Perak Bhd. With a healthy balance sheet and growth oriented new management, G Corp will certainly do well and flourish going forward.

Avoid investing based on hope but based on the thorough understanding of the company biz and doing FA and TA.

G Capital continue to buy more of MajuPerak and the major shareholder continue to buy more of G Capital!

1.19 is a very good price to buy, way below the intrinsic value !

This new MCO will significantly affect tourism and hospital biz which unfortunately one of the core biz od Eden.

What has pushed the price down is likely due to sell down by substantial owners/directors and the unreasonably low price of ESOS at only 69.5 sen.

Congratulation to G Capital for getting a higher rate per kWh output from 25 sen to 28,98 [an increase of 16%) for its 10 MW hydro plant in Lenggong. PHREC that owns 10% equity interest in that hydro project is in fact an indirectly owned subsidiary of G Capital.
G Capital currently has interests number of hydro projects which are both under development and completed in Perak. Recently G Capital has announced its interest to purchase a number of hydro projects in Perak and Pahang.

Investing in an Air line, especially Air Asia, now has little if any risk but has uncertainty going forward. Do not conflate risk with uncertainty. Look forward to the future, not the past and avoid irrational fears.
