According to my bank YTL already collected near to 79% so pls don’t convert. If YTL have 90% it will be compulsory to convert.

Both you guys said is true but I expect them to relist cement faster because they will get a higher premium and their wealth will grow tremendously. I would say cement in 5 years and land in 5-10 years. F Yeoh would surely wanted to see how he screw up all the minority share holders. He might not live more then 10 years to see his achievements.

Mmmmm I think vt is better than the yeoh family.so far yeoh has eaten his 3 company minority shares holder . YTL Cement , E and Land. Where as Vt have offer better deals to his shareholders but you guys has to be patient..

De merge from Bonia when bonia was at 34 cents. Crg was 8.5 after de merge. CRG was 25% of bonia. So by rule now CRG should be worth 11 cents .

@Huat Leow.. minority shareholders is just like out business partners. They are investing in your company but in the end you find ways to take advantage of them.

Every shareholder should not SELL now even when he gets the 75% . Yeoh family will not delist YTL Land. Just don’t let him get the 90%. Hope every one of us buy a bit at 0.365 and above to absorb the weak holders. I will buy also.

They can delist the company with 75% shareholding..forcing you all to sell at dirt cheap

No way to stop them because at 75% they can delist the company ( that’s Blackmailing) unless some White Knights come out to offer higher price to block YTL .

YTL Nta 1.27 and share price 1.14 ( 10% lower then Nta) while YTL Land Nta 0.88 ( not adjusted since 2002) . Does it seems fair? At least should give 0.80 which is 10% lower than nta.
