KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 28): RHB Retail Research said ATA IMS Bhd is on the way to clinching a fresh multi-year high again, after testing the resistance level of RM2.38.

In a trading stocks note today, the research house said as trading volume has surged in recent sessions, it expects the bullish momentum to challenge the next resistance level of RM2.50, followed by RM2.60.

“This positive expectation should remain valid, provided the RM2.20 support is not breached,” it said.

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 21): My EG Services Bhd (MyEG) said its COVID-19 platform can be used to organise subsidised COVID-19 screenings for workers in areas currently under the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO).

In a statement, the group said that employers can verify the eligibility of their workforce for Social Security Organisation (Socso) coverage, after which they can arrange for their eligible employees to be tested without any upfront payment.

The e-government service provider said it will directly liaise with Socso on the subsidies for the screening costs.

On-site testing at business premises by trained medical staff is also available, the group said.

Once the screening has been completed, employees will be issued with a digital certificate by MyEG in the form of a dynamic QR colour code on a mobile app, which would indicate the test results for verification purposes.

“As part of a collaboration between the Department of Labour of Peninsular Malaysia and MyEG that commenced in August, the QR-based digital certificate is recognised by the department as proof of testing.

“Under the collaboration, MyEG will also share with the department other relevant real-time data from the one-stop portal to assist the Department in its monitoring and enforcement of employers' compliance with the government’s directives,” added MyEG.

On Monday, Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob announced that the National Security Council has instructed managerial and supervisory-level employees in areas placed under the CMO to work from home staring tomorrow until the CMCO expires.

Following the announcement, the Human Resource Ministry said Socso contributors in CMO areas can go for free COVID-19 screening.

"Shares in MyEG finished 0.71% or a sen higher at RM1.42, valuing the group at RM5.1 billion. The counter saw 20.37 million shares traded.

#Dpharma

1. Bintai
2. Kanger
3. Hwgb
4. Solutn

CLSA maintains BUY rating , with a
higher target price of RM2.00 (previously RM1.75).

MYEG will be providing an online payment system for inbound travellers. This
provides upselling opportunities for its Covid-19 testing business, while
introducing new revenue streams in the form of hotel commissions (for quarantine)
and meet and greet services. Thus, we raise our 20CL and 21CL earnings by 11%
and 14%. While these requirements may be short-term in nature, the same
platform can be utilised to deploy VLN (e-visa) services when borders reopen,
which could raise our 21CL earnings by 8%.

Online payment system for inbound travellers
. The group received a letter of acceptance from the Ministry of Health to provide an
online payment system for inbound travellers to register and make payments for Covid-19 screening tests and quarantine charges. The tenure of the project will be two years, effective from 1 November 2020.
Upselling opportunities for Covid-19 testing and hotel commissions

We estimate this new business to contribute RM12m in monthly net profit. This
assumes 3k daily inbound travellers, an RM150 testing fee with two applications (once
upon entry and once before leaving) and a 20% net margin. On top of this, we assume
hotel commission fees (for quarantine) of 3%, a take-up rate of 50% (the alternative is
government centres) and room-rates of RM250 per night (for 14 days). There is also an optional meet and greet service for RM800, with a target take-up rate of 5%.

Raise earnings 11%-14%, but assumptions subject to change in requirements.

Positively, while these requirements may be deemed short term, the same platform can be utilised to deploy VLN (e-visa) services when borders reopen, which could raise our 21CL earnings 8%.

We retain our BUY on the stock with a higher target price of RM2.00 (from RM1.75).
This is based on an unchanged target PE multiple of 24.5x and 21CL EPS.

QES Group Bhd (Trading Buy)
• QES – which specialises in the manufacturing, distribution and provision of engineering services for inspection, test, measuring, analytical and automated handling equipment – offers exposure to the fast-growing semiconductor industry.

• After experiencing a sharp drop in net profit to RM3.3m (-77% YoY) in FY19, the Group’s bottomline rebounded with net earnings of RM5.1m in 1HFY20 (up from RM0.3m previously).

• The Group is in a financially strong position with net cash holdings & short-term investments of RM48.8m (or 6.4 sen per share) as of end-June 2020. In addition, QES plans to raise an indicative amount of RM20.5m via a private placement exercise to be used for business expansions.

• From a technical viewpoint, QES’ share price ascent (from a trough of RM0.08 in March to peak at RM0.405 in August this year) has been temporarily disrupted following the stock’s subsequent pullback. Still, we reckon the share price uptrend remains intact as its price correction (to as low as RM0.235) is supported by the Fibonacci’s retracement level of 50%.

• A resumption of the uptrend will be forthcoming should the stock – which was actively traded yesterday – cut above a descending trendline convincingly. This could then push the share price towards our resistance hurdles of RM0.33 (R1; 18% upside potential) and RM0.37 (R2; 32% upside potential).

• Our stop loss level is pegged at RM0.24 (or 14% downside risk from yesterday’s closing price of RM0.28).

●冠病造成很多不确定因素,需未雨绸缪;
●积极研究开发新客户,有新客户即有新需求,需预备现金扩展设备与工厂,并有笔流动资金以应对新客户合作需求;
