On 7/3/2024 ( after 5 years ) Jaks won the Legal Trial against Star Media from Federal Court on its Appeal on Court of Appeal judgement.

Now Jaks can counter claim Star Media with over Total RM 540 million…

Source of Funding as observed currently:

1.) Form a Consortium partners , like in CGPP awarded contracts together with with its consortium partners, Ann Joo Green Energy Sdn. Bhd. and Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd.

2.) Warrant C with EX price RM 0.49 , is expired by 2025 : Warrant need to be in the money only then the holders will do the conversion… as my earlier post my TP RM 0.55 for Warrant C conversion.. shl bring funding more than RM 257 million once the Balance warrant C is converted..

3.) PP

Haha my thinking is Jaks will not fix the PP price so soon …
