DKSH made only 2 to 3% profit distributing food for established brands. Tango & Tudor are NFI own brands - making a 30% over gross profit!
In The Long Run PM Corp will overtake DKSH.

Government guarantee (GGU)
* The GGU provides Vietnam Government Guarantee on all payment obligations of MOIT under the BOT contract and the EVN under the PPA.
* The guarantee on PPA is for 18 years from COD, and the full term of the BOT in the case of MOIT.
* Guarantor shall also pay interest on any sums outstanding.
* GGU also guarantee USD currency conversion and right to remit
* repayment of principal, interest, etc under financing document
* quarterly and annually profit distribution to JPP
* repayment of charter capital

Coal
Although PDP8 does not call for immediate reductions in Vietnam's reliance on coal, coal would become a smaller share of the total energy mix by 2030. In 2020, total capacity of coal-fired power plants was 21.38 GW (30.8%) of the energy mix. By 2030, Vietnam plans to increase this to 30.13 GW, but this would reduce its share to 20% of planned energy capacity.
After 2030, Vietnam would not develop any new coal-fired power plants, and active plants that are 20 years or older will begin transitioning to biomass or ammonia. Plants over 40 years old that cannot achieve this fuel switch will be retired.

While PDP8 calls for a significant evolution of Vietnam's electricity grid and its entry into the offshore wind and LNG spaces, it does not call for an end of coal-fired generation by 2030, which could present risks for foreign-pledged investments intended to aid the transition away from coal power plants. Total generation capacity from coal power plants would increase from 2020 to 2030, but no new coal power plants would be developed after 2030, and existing plants would begin to transition to cleaner fuels, such as biomass or ammonia.

Haha now on LSS4 which insider mentioned will increase cash flow with net profit RM 10 million per year .
Sslleee highlighted is a Loss ( ard RM 1.0 million plus ) in QR ended September 2023 … my replied is COD on 21 August.
Remember I asked a Auditing question to you and yr old maté i3lurker ( a lead Auditor) what are the Audit documents required on each Quarter time fence for :
1) Normal Purchases
2.) Project progressive claim
and the conditions to lock in the Window time fence …
Sometimes a Finance Director may want to delay to next Quarter. Why ? Just an example, Vietnam Power Plant is having scheduled maintenance on December.
Project progressive claim is more easier to explain n convince external Auditors .

Extra support point , Vietnam power plant project USD 1.86 billion ( ard RM 8.4 Billion ) oredi COD on January 2021 .. after more than 2.5 years, the risk variable factor is greatly reduced.
