AT is going to put to shame its non-believers when it ramps up its glove production next month, With a production capacity of 211million pcs/mth or 2.5billion pcs per annum, AT will report a profitable quarter starting from 4Q20.

Using AT's investor relations presentation slides, the company has 7 single former lines (60m pcs) and 11 double former lines (151m pcs).

Assuming average selling price (ASP) of USD60 (which is much lower than Top Glove & Supermax's ASP range of USD75-USD100), AT's revenue would be around USD150m or RM620m. This means AT is the cheapest glove stock with 28m net profit or trading at just 6x FY21 earnings. Based on its absolute penny stock price of RM0.08, I believe AT would transform into a retailer's darling dream glove stock.

My opinion only : I think this is another Trump strategy.. meaning, how could Fed foresee until so long until 2023 ( 3 more years !) impossible !

Next year, most countries economy will have pick up... Rate hikes will definitely be hike up 2021. If not, China take over USA already la...

Tomorrow or next monday... USA another hike up again indexes....

I will hold and hold until at least seeing 10

Topglove in order to have higher market capitalization than Maybank only need 2 things to happen :-
1) Topglove price more than RM10
or
2) Maybank price less than RM5

Which would you think is more possible...

Of course, Topglove more than RM10

Dr Lim Wee Chai will not let that happen.
Remember Dr Lim Wee Chai said before end of Sept, Topglove will be higher than Maybank in terms of market capitalization

According to Tan Sri Lim Kang Hoo, Ekovest is expected to pay RM1.5bn for the proposed 40% acquisition in IWH-CREC Sdn Bhd (IWH). Then with the appointment of CIMB and the international tranche to Chinese investors via ICBC, Bank of China and Citic, he plans to list IWH in the 1st half of 2021 to raise at least RM5bn (source: The Star).

Now the calculation. For IPO, usually 30% is raised from IPO proceeds (estimated at RM5bn) and this means IWH is worth RM15bn.

Hence, Ekovest's 40% stake in IWH will be valued at RM6bn (40% of RM15bn). That's why no problems for Ekovest to raise financing to buy initial 40% stake in IWH as Ekovest will secure the financing (back to back arrangement) from CIMB, ICBC, Bank of China and Citic.

The 40% stake of RM6bn - cost of purchase of RM1.5bn translates to an increase in Ekovest's market value to RM4.5bn or RM1.70 per share in Ekovest.

The bottom line is Ekovest is a screaming buy at current levels and don't let anyone tell you otherwise as the numbers don't lie.

Last quarter (Jan to Apr), during MCO, while the plant was not operating at 100% capacity, SCGM made 6.9 million.
This upcoming QR (May - Jul), the plant has been operating at very high capacity, I expect it will make at least 20-30% more, 8 - 9 million for this QR. (Guess only).
