Fruit harvesting for Oct only 2% less than September. If Dec CPO can maintain above 3000 and Fruit harvesting for Nov & Dec not much different from Oct. Then, I’d expect Q4 PAT at least 40m or higher or earning 2.33 cents per share. At currently price of 0.305. Forward PE is only 3.3 or even lower. A real hidden germ

Not mentioning disposing 20%-25% stake of SMC to strategic partner will pocket at least USD250m and RM160m profit from Spore and Shanghai will be in by 2H 2020. From July 2020 onwards, Most business except Hotels and Theme parks almost back to normal. If Sunway can’t pay dividend, I believe most companies in Malaysia have to prepare to close shop.

QES unit to take over Nikon’s industrial metrology business in Malaysia.

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 9): Inspection, test and measurement equipment, material and engineering solution distributor QES Group Bhd has been appointed to take over Nikon Corp’s industrial metrology business in Malaysia.

In a statement today, QES said its unit QES (Asia-Pacific) Sdn Bhd will take over the business, effective from Jan 1, 2021.

It said the appointment was announced by Nikon following a decision to cease operations of Nikon (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Nikon Malaysia) by year end.

QES is currently the authorised distributor for Nikon Malaysia’s industrial metrology business.

QES managing director/president Chew Ne Weng said Nikon Malaysia and QES had been key partners since 2009.

He said the appointment will see QES further strengthen sales and aftersales service support.

“Nikon’s products have [been] consistently maintained as one of the top three suppliers (sic) of QES,” he said.

Take for eg, When YTL REIT have about RM600M debt and revenue less than RM200m per annum with interest to pay amounting to RM87M a year. All analysts still give a good rating on their good cash flow and healthy financial status. A company is good or not depending on whether they have healthy positive cash flow or not, profit can cover interest and potential to growth.

Assumed the loan interest is 4.5% pa. Yearly interest for 1.36Bn is only 61m. The company has average yearly revenue of 660m. Interest is only Less than 10% of the revenue. Is very healthy.
