- Supermx current maximum production capacity is around 24 bil pieces of gloves annually, which is 24 mil boxes of gloves.
- Although Supermx ASP is much higher compared to the industry, but for conservative calculation purposes, we shall assume that for every box of gloves, they also make extra profit of around USD 30
- If we assume that ASP & volume doesn't increase anymore from current level. For the next one year, Supermx is able to make extra USD 720mil profit, which is equivalent to RM 3.02 bil based on current exchange rate.
- After deducting for 24% taxes, annual net profit could be in the range of RM 2.3 bil, annual EPS would be around RM 1.69
- Recently supermx organized another analyst briefing, the key takeaway from there was management has revised up their glove ASP.
- They have removed all third party middleman, such as agent, broker, trader, distributor and only use their own distributor to sell directly to the end users, hospital & government. This move enable supermx to make more profit compared to others
- According to above latest info, our estimate for Supermx coming quarter net profit is revised up more than 200%, estimated to be in the range of RM 350 mil +-
