Based on the development from pass few weeks, it seems like Karim and his fren have give up SD, it is not possible for SD continue listed and cant PP, refinance to pay debt

SD not stupxd, they fully aware the consequences of sue Bursar, sue auditor, exDirector....it is near to impossible to PP, RI, refinance 1.7 billion short term debt, where to get working capital, sub contractor also not dare accept their job.
