My biggest mistake is believing in turnaround story for Saprng! Best to stay away until we can see clear indication things really turnaround! Sorry to mislead you guys in the past as i also suffer abit! Totally sold all after getting the last quarter result!

From the article, seems like the CEO struggle to make company afloat, most of revenue will divest to investment like jerun, don't expect high profit from E&P, Brazil new contract start only in Oct. New driller contract need to unexpected quarantine....

The only positive new is Annuar is committed turnaround asap, I guess will have moderate recover in 3rd QR and hopefully 4Q will have significant rebounce.

Maybe price sideline for a while before pick up probably early of Dec.

How to refinance to pay debt, when SIR release, when SC will take action, Bursar suspend until when, delisted due to unable pay debt or delisted due to fraud investigation, will director resign again?

Seriously it is beyond trade price, no institute or investor will buy, risk and consequences too high. If institute buy now may face MACC future, no investor willing hold more than 3 months cause may delisted anytime.

Then top up the mother bit by bit with the $$ from the warrant and hope the authorities does not suspend the share!!

Grow your company by following the rule and regulation, it is the most important, withouts this no trust from investors local or foreigner.

SIR issue drag too long since early of the year, such a small matter took so long. Why the CEO can't do a simple thing release the SIR immediately, he didn't release on 21th, than skip 22....just busy on selling all the warrant worth RM4 million, .buy back 0.04%(RM350k)...is this a joke, is the the best thing he can do as a CEO and founder of company

No issue if he release SIR on Friday, no suspension no insider trading issue...so simple.

If Karim willing to release SIR on monday, than Bursar may unsuspend the counter, since nobody can sell untill SIR release.

But I believe it is short term if new auditor not able to release annual report by Friday. Than may suspend again. Lol
