New coming acting CFO was joined last year, I believe since than the incumbent CFO no longer has influence in the company. I guess the incumbent CFO is political appointment, look at his working experiment ..all are GLC...and not in good shape.

For Serba case is KPMG spotted there is problem with Serba Acc, Unless EY proof that there is no finding on the SIR then Serba got chance on KPMG case. SIR is major factor to determine Serba future direction. No SIR and delay SIR are bad for Serba share price at this moment. Funds wont buy any single share without clarification on the SIR outcome due to internal restriction, avoid this share due to uncertainty and waiting for SIR report... Who is major player in the Serba market now, Retail investors or speculators...

End june that time still lockcdown. Furthermore, other o&g counter also registered bad QR. However, i think the market already priced in these impact. Those boasting sap QR report 200mil profit, i don't where u come

If insider knew the SIR report favour SD, it already break 50 cent no forced selling by director ..lol

Recently Sapura just got contract from Australia and Vietnam for well head and wind farm installation respectively.

Auditor is the best fren of investor to ensure a company report are clean, they obligated to tell the truth. So investor can sue them if found they fail to play their role or hide the issue..so no worry.

RedEmperor Price already factored in the audit issue so if SIR is not good will not have big impact on the share price. On the other hand, if a positive report is delivered then the past glory of Serba will flare again.
