Honesty If I am the CEO of a company and i know there is a good news coming in. I would delay the good news announcement and sell all my warrant to create the panic sell down on the mother. Then top up the mother bit by bit with the $$ from the warrant and hope the authorities does not suspend the share!!

Grow your company by following the rule and regulation, it is the most important, withouts this no trust from investors local or foreigner.

SIR issue drag too long since early of the year, such a small matter took so long. Why the CEO can't do a simple thing release the SIR immediately, he didn't release on 21th, than skip 22....just busy on selling all the warrant worth RM4 million, .buy back 0.04%(RM350k)...is this a joke, is the the best thing he can do as a CEO and founder of company

No issue if he release SIR on Friday, no suspension no insider trading issue...so simple.

This is why we have a lot smart leader as well, you help me I help you, who care about rule and regulation...who care about public listed compliance ..as long as you help me I help you, other wise, you are just graduate from kampung college.

If Karim willing to release SIR on monday, than Bursar may unsuspend the counter, since nobody can sell untill SIR release.

But I believe it is short term if new auditor not able to release annual report by Friday. Than may suspend again. Lol

its fiduciary Duties as CEO bcos the Losses is excessive ( bring Shahril to Court )

CGS-CIMB Research further noted that the two troubled projects were secured during the tenure of then-president and founder Tan Sri Shahril Shamsuddin who has since handed over the reins to Datuk Mohd Anuar Taib on March 23

This will be settle before next election, impact too big...but not in near term, at least 3 months sideline at lower price.

I guess selling asset take time, to resolve the current situation need fresh injection or compromise from client and vendors...hope the veterans could pull it off, than this will be last hurdle assuming no new variant.

For those saying its purely revenue recognition problem, I admire your optimism. The real issue is cash flow and liquidity. Even the CEO admitted this in the press release.

If you study the financial statement closely, you will know that the company has been drawing down its revolving credit and trade facility to cover its interest payment and operational requirement. How much of these facilities remaining? Does the company have enough cash to finish off the projects so that more collections can come in? Thick order book means nothing if the company don't have enough working capital to execute the projects.

At this rate, I feel a fund raising exercise or a major asset sale (50% stake in the SapuraOMV exploration & production business, Brazil pipelay vessel or Drilling business) is inevitable.

Haha, loss like no tomorrow....no need provision so much of foreseeable losses.....AT pls stop bleeding....aiks

Seems like not able to recover in 6 months, more shit surface after departure of CFO? Where is the cost optimization, order book also drop to 7 bil from 11 bil reported earlier, suddenly got liquity issue again after restructure 10bil debt.

memang kayu..200 mil profit? This QR is definitely in deep RED as drilling segments is at horrible utilisation, below 40%.

I guess revenue is around 2bil,
140mil net profit assuming 7% margin, another 60mil from sale of asset.

So 200mil net profit is possible

hope they manage to deliver a good result tomorrow, 200 million net profit tomorrow...haha
