Some how it manage to hold at 13 cent since Q1 report 100 million loss.

A company with loss streak for few Q, price still stuck at 13 cent...better than I though...haha.


Although 10bulluon has been restructured and 3 years premium holiday..but the bigger problem probably is it did no show profit....

Wow, all can sleep happily over the weekend, although it not the end but the begining, but EY onboard definitely will push the price higher.

Those who bought will be sleepless tonight ..haha....gamble lah, you deserve. Gambling at getting better, no need wait until next day.

They will wait no time to announce if they have finalize the agreement with EY.

If you think they delay the anouncement....haha so naive.

Three days away from the deadline.

I'd like to think maybe SD have finalized the agreement with EY and they're waiting to announce it on Friday.

If SD did mean it will be done in one or two weeks, I don't know what they're thinking.

May be EPF, they left Sapura when Sharill refuse to step down..now Sharill has been kick out by PNB, so EPF can come back since money pull out from Serbak need to invest somewhere.

Sapura price are resilient, oil up and down, profit green or red
Price remain at 135.....haha

After Serbak case, so now investor more concern about cash flow .haha.

cash flow from operating is positive. no worry

I believe all shareholder are holding below 0.15O sine it has stuck at this level more than a year,only KFC need cut loss....correct...haha

I guess the new members got full support from PNB, there are 2 main factors out of their control...damage caused by previous CEO is too great and the unprecedented pandemic.

If they could not recoup the covid cost in next quarter...even green it won't significant I guess, need another 6 months to see a significant good result.

But of course, the share price always run ahead of actual result

PNB 40%, Sharill 17%, Other institute around 5%.... chances is low lah .unless PNB say no, but all the new board members are new and getting in by PNB..

No rally..so result not good I guess

There is a bad news from announce...it is obvious EY provide the condition prior KPMG resign ..what delay the appointment untill KPMG resign ...

If serbak only sue kpbm after EY verify..this will close Cass faster, better for shareholder...now making the issue worst and prolong the issue longer,

If the chairman not aware that sueing auditor will make the issue worst ..this counter no future.

If the chairman deliberately sue auditor to prolong the issue...than something not right.

Look at the issue raised, not the relationship between them...is the book clean, this is matter.

SC won't simply raid if no tangible prove..

As a investor what we want is clean book, sold the issue professional way, clear the doubt. Once the book are clear this is what we investor wanted to see.

If KPMG not raising red flag and align with sdb, and if it found the book is not clean later, investor can sue the auditor, so auditor don't have much choice but follow the protocol

A healthy company with making good profit every year, ideally the depress of the share price won't impact the company, why rushing to sue auditor

Why rush to sue while still pending finalizing the auditing...this may drag the issue longer.

Currently the company should operate as usual.

I though the best way is clear the audit issue in next 2 months, after that only take legal action...
