Going by Nigel ' s note....I can see he is confident of 2015 profit @38 mil..even with slowdown in direct GST activities but contribution from SaaS on 7 modules....and Indonesia market.

News has it that IFCA had been interviewing candidates with stronger corporate finance experience for the position of CFO since early this quarterly. Underlying the is their intension to pursue more M & A with their cash to support their strong growth... & using shares to pay for takeover targets at low PE. Also I understand the Indon transaction, RHB is.work8ng with BDO on valuation & Baker MacKenzie as legal advisers...All have super credentials..no need CFO..

I believe the current price softness is part.& parcel of Price swings as stale investors exited with their profits & new investors enter on the belief that the new Ifca will be successful in their pursuit of sustainable revenues and the Regional play...

Allso be reminded that Nigel' s TP is Rm2.04 @PE of 21X giving Ifca a22% upside. ..

Honestly I was caught in the euphoria when IFCA expect to announce best Quarter results yet...I continued to buy recklessly upward i.e. averaging up but mainly for contra trade...

Admittedly the contra trades have now become a medium term trade with the likes of Black Rock and JP Morgan..( yes I understand fro a posting that they are investors in IFCA too)..

The Q1 result was quite good with PBT at 13.6mil with unnecessary high provision of RM 3m for taxes bringing PAT attributable to shareholder to just Rm 9.7 mil...making it marginally better than 4Q14...Notwithstanding this the money is not loss, it is a provision and the PAT would be about Rm 11-12mil...

Ifca also announced that they are going regional....Getting into the Indon market is also a good strategy...

BUT the general market sold on this good news...making buy on rumours and selling on news a well proven saying..sigh..for all I care the train is on track but only slightly delayed by funds taking profits and retails getting caught, panicked, cut losses and fear of political factors..

To me the new IFCA emerges on the back of bigger regional play and SaaS...apparently starting with the HR solution system 360..( my friend is considering doing a SaaS with them)....

Alpha T...I think PBT 13M is damned good...they are obviously being over conservative making a large provision for taxes which should behave been accrued...

M&A is something they need to do to improve performance. ..what better time than to buy a Co at low PE whigh will give them a better regional
presence... cash has to be harness well...ifca is doing that...

MB is a sure thing...they are probably trying to convince SC that the revenue is sustainable even if property market is softening....the IFCA software solution is not only for Property management...Ifca is the performer in 2014..without it Bursa Malaysia is boring...also do not forget that many international funds have bought in for their portfolios as well as proxy for bigger players...i.e IFCA has international status...and when SaaS is launched..the sky is the limit...we will probably said 1.70 is cheap as we have said 78 sens is now cheap...see my post below in Jan..
