my explanation on this price phenomena is described in a similar event preceding CNY early in Feb...where the price dropped after the release of Q4 14. ..as market was to close for a few days..price was then just over Rm1.00 & it followed big funds entering to push the price to new height @ 1.69 supported by Cimb & subsequent Bloomberg reports..

Nomanland the charts are not as bad as the Oil crisis (external factors) in Nov where we saw price from 79 sens to almost 55 sens. .

At both these time lines I bought some more..

With the present scenes...I asked myself whether the biz model and management of Ifca have changed...The answer is a big No..

We are still expecting
1.super 1Q15 performance;
2.transfer to MB
3.A dividend policy that is generous to SH.
4.Syariah compliance
5.SaaS introduced to increase revenues
6.Chinese economy at positive albeit controlled growth
7. E-commerce as a add on to Ifca products. .
8. Acquisition of new similar business in Asia. (Putting good use to cash)

The people who are worried are those who buy for the first time after Bloomberg report and cannot hold...The rest who still have liquidity ton this is a buying opportunity...for Rm2.50 is only a week or 2 away..

I am selling my other investments to load up again for the same trend..
....for those who can't buy ..at least don't sell for my belief (& also those in this Forum) is that it will return to 1.60+ very quickly...panic not for I m not selling...

Anyway stay invested in IFCA...retracing prices is not weakness but a consolidation...IFCA has not reach the other milestones...1Q15 will be soon with us...Syariah compliance should be soon...MB likely to be after AGM...M & A..lots of opportunities when it has cash...SaaS should be launched and give positive results...gear up for more jet speed...Remember to attend the AGM and shake Ken's hands...hahaha

Nancy...it is called liquidity...if some people don't sell how can you buy....liquidity is good for IFCA because it means that people can go in and out when their respective needs arise or targets are achieved or programmed buying/selling.....I wish IFCA to be liquid so that we can freely enter and exit without having the price dropped like a ton of bricks....I personally think the future for IFCA is super bright and it will pass every TP set because of the scalable revenues and SaaS plus good management...the proviso are uncontrollable external factors...

restructuring your portfolio means that you are redirecting resources to better use..but it also means you are averaging up...in the end your fear is based on making the right choice as the opportunities present themselves....my conclusion is we can't win them all...you have to decide..as for Me I will follow him..for I have already restructured my portfolio to be skewed towards Ifca-centric...

There is another reason for the hype...consider the perspective of a new trend accepting Tech stocks like GHL and Myeg...they are trading at 30x+ PE or more...IFCA is cheap for now...if the 1Q15 is a new high...price at 2.50 is not too far off...for this perspective to happen..there is the requirement that 1Q15 is super good...MB will happen...

This is only the appetiser...factors not included is revenues from SaaS Rental and M&A ( how they deal with the surplus cash)....really mind boggling potentials...HOLD HOLD HOLD....Add Add Add ( if you are greedy)..

Normally AGM will be decided by Board.....following 2013 AGM.. it would be around 20th June...

Nancy...250 sens would not be high if SaaS is successfully launched...just google the IT stocks in USA that is renting "Software as a Solution" and you will understand the euphoria of foreign investors on this darling of ours....it bring scalable revenue to the next level... From organic profits, MB & M&A....and the scalability of revenues from rental of their products via SAAS...Nigel has to be more aggressive in his TP if he believes that P&L will grow exponentially....in 220% YOY...not below 170 sens then have to be at least 190 sens....only 10% over 170 sens....heeheee.

The only thing giving immediate confidence from Kenanga report is that the recent consolidation showed an OVERSOLD position which I agree...

Kenanga TP is 1.44 and CIMB is 1.49...both are close...actually I think Kenanga is overly conservative..they have to wait until now to forecast the TP....were they worried that GST will be deferred ???


Anyway if Q1 2015 is 12-15mil...EPS will be 75 sens and the new TP has to be 1.60 to 2.0 depending on the market perception of the PE of 21x 0r 31x or anything in between...unlike the previous quarters, this time the price escalation will be on the proven record of Q12015 which people will believe is not a FLUKE...Ken...lead on ...We will follow YOU ...Huat Huat Huat...
