Why so greedy? Concentrate on 1st phase first. Penang shortage of land. If reclaim later can sell at even higher price. Wait to sell like E&O reclaim land price?

Penang WorldCity masterplan still ongoing? friend of mine bought 1unit of phase 1 Tropicana Bay, facilities really up to world class standard, but i din't see any Sea RECLAIMATION work start, nothing. wondering their so called PenangWorldCity Masterplan just a Marketing tool only?

I from northern Malaysia. Buy Tambun after Ikea complete in 2019. Penang properties better choose those build Penang island property. Eg Ivory, Tropicana, Ewein, HuaYang. Analysts may recommend EcoWorld, Mah Sing or E&O but they are pricier now.

Avg TP 92 sen Dato Ewe every day buy why drop? Contra kakis sell? Cannot contra cannot?
