Penang WorldCity masterplan still ongoing? friend of mine bought 1unit of phase 1 Tropicana Bay, facilities really up to world class standard, but i din't see any Sea RECLAIMATION work start, nothing. wondering their so called PenangWorldCity Masterplan just a Marketing tool only?

I from northern Malaysia. Buy Tambun after Ikea complete in 2019. Penang properties better choose those build Penang island property. Eg Ivory, Tropicana, Ewein, HuaYang. Analysts may recommend EcoWorld, Mah Sing or E&O but they are pricier now.
