The firing KPMG is from the other guy...Good chance is Karim scolding the other s*hai. Ppl hv doubts now, first thing to do is resolve the doubt. Not make it more doubtful by firing KPMG.

I think if you don't fly KPMG out, they can't verify. So, they don't want sign is fair.

Once u fly them out. Everything verified. Back to normal. Still, no damage to KPMG reputation.
But after flying KPMG out still no news. Then can close eye, selllllllll n never look back.

Issues raised by KPMG and response by the Group are detailed in Table 1. Management stressed that prompt action has been taken, and they had responded to all queries on 6 May 2021 after the matters were raised on 3 May 2021. Nevertheless, KPMG had yet to revert since and did not provide any direct or immediate timeline to conclude its audit.

Fly KPMG associate to Abu Dhabi, pay for their 28days quarantine for 7 days work. It's cheaper than wiping 2Billion off ur portfolio.

I see what KPMG doing. They didn't say its fraud. They say I can't go verify only. Now, pay my first class flight ticket, 7 star hotel and my quarantine allowances. This issues will be resolved by next month.

If I'm stenta, I don't want the 205mil cash. I want what's left in treasury shares. Then, I can share a chunk of profit from Stenta and MFCB combined without doing any work.

And MFCB get to keep the 205mil cash to pay dividend. This way, everybody win.

P.S. Don't forget MFCB has RM152.5mil investment on quoted shares.
