The NTA is about 90c and some asset has not been revalued. Hence, assuming half of the number is bogus......it still worth 45c. So if bought at 45c and sudddenly company go bust and asset get to strip down, still can get back money.....right?...lol....

KPMG already talked. That's by releasing their doubts on few transaction early that triggers the selldown.

Suspending trading is a bad move. Bcos it appears it is a problem that SD think it's big enough to suspend trading. Imagine if upon KPMG releasing their statement, it drop only 10% and get ur backer to support the price there. Then, the public will think it's no big deal.

No books are clean one la. It's just nobody knows how bad. Now, everybody go find out what's going on. What do you think happens?

KPMG may speak their point, but investors and public will judge right or wrong.

What Karim says about SD who owns Block 7 through EFire as their asset "growth" strategy is just speechless.

Not only Karim owns SD. Karim also owns the company that pays SD. So, is Karim paying himself as part of his asset growth strategy? If it is, then how does this different from Transmile?

And this EFire is not accounted in SD's book. What does it look like?
There is no requirement to announce in bursa does not change what is it that you are doing there.

My story on Pak Arab giving Pak Karim RM1B project indirectly via 4 Pak Karim shell company which each shell company give LOA RM1B project to SD, converting RM1B orderbook into RM4B is "nothing wrong".

It's just impair the RM3B 3-4 years later when these 4 shell company declares bankruptcy. Also nothing wrong. What happens in between, Pak Karim can issue RI and PP based on the RM4B order book and blow SD market cap to 9-12B before impairment.

KPMG also cannot say it's fraud because it's technically not fraud. Who say Pak Arab cannot give contract to the shell company? Who say the shell company with paid up capital of RM100K cannot issue LOA worth of RM1B to SD? KPMG can only say this smells and sounds funny.

One hand say it's trivial problem...On the other hand, say need 3 independent directors to face this "challenge" and EY not touching with 10 foot pole.

Which is it Karim?

I think it's better to go, mana tak betul; impair it. Full stop.

If easy to resolve, happily EY take over and bring home few hundred K.

I never liked company that need to pay dividend with private placement and right issue. Especially, when they are reporting hundreds of million in profit, but never got the money to pay them from operation.

It makes no sense profitable business with such a bad cash flow. Something is not right.

I'm not exactly a naysayer here, I'm holding abit of C17 at 2sen. and WA 9sen. Volatile counter, better trade warrants. Better margin on each trade. If it goes limit up, C17 will hv give me 100% return.

Only if story of Pak Karim and Pak Arab is proven a myth. Until then, it's a 50-50. Still a period of time between 60sen to RM1.60. I don't mind buying at RM1 only if EY can verify any of the numbers below are real.

Else, the way down is whole lot faster than the way up. U know how market works.

Mabel All acquisition and investment are within 2.5x net EBITDA and the Board have frequent communication with lender to better finance on Serba business. Due to capital intensive nature, Serba recently had a private placement to address this with a portion will be used to clear debt as well. With Serba clear and big vision, debt and cash flow are within manageable threshold.

Serba has already exceeded its previous year-end order book target of RM15bn. Orderbook remains at RM17b+

Lastly but not least, let's be honest, who would expect them to win a contract from Petronas after buying the Teluk Ramunia yard. Another potential maintenance contract under the belt on a per call basis?

1. Low PE. PE Ratio (3.7x) compared to the MY Energy Services industry average (16.8x).

2. Continuous Dividend yield every Quarter since 2017..

3. Potential capital gain once this KPMG thingy resolve...

4. Fantastic List of Contract with Diversified Business. EPCC continues to dominate total orderbook mix at 50%, with the remainder for O&M and ICT solutions at ~39% and 10% respectively.

5. 19 Consecutive Profits since 2016

Well, Mabel actually don't mind holding Serba Shares..

Serba is currently ranked P2 in Mabel's collection of Battleships and Super tankers. Mabel would love to see Serba overtake Mabel's FPSO Collection (Armada and Yinson) which is sitting so comfortably at P1...
