Bad debt is calculated based on increasing numbers of day in receivable turnover. Not just look at the size of receivables.

2017 ends with 350mil profit, 2018 ends with 2.3bil lost. 2019 cumulative profit 295mil, forecasted Q4 earnings 70-80mil making 2019 earnings 360mil-370mil.

2017 price ends with 76sen, with 350mil cumulative earnings but with shit load of bad news in 2018.Now, what's the logic that 2019 price cant end with the same with 2017? Profit is back to RM360-370mil with impending good news like woodside compensation, impairment writeback and claire redeployement?

If market is efficient, 2017 should close below 50sen anticipating bad news. And 2019 should close above 50sen. The thing is, market is inefficient. It's slow. That's where the opportunity lies.

dollar cost averaging is a better strategy than timing.I run both strategy in parallel on armada. Dollar cost averaging is better strategy. Timing is DAMMM difficult and resource intensive. Those that claim they sold day high and buy in day low ALL THE TIME are day dreaming.

i value this company at 60sen with PE15 and EPS 4 per annum. I won't buy without at discount of 15-20%. Meaning i will only enter at 47 sen or 51 sen. And anything below; can sailang.

After all the PA converted into mothershare; there will be total of 1.7 Billion share.
At price of RM1.50 per share, the market cap is 2.55 bil. That's between Penta Master (2 Billion and Vitrox (3.55Bil). Current market valuation is 95.5 mil, that's increased of 26 times. 2600%. That sounds quite a far fetched dream.

However, that dream is not impossible. Penta rose 22 times from 20sen to RM4.5 as of now. But it takes 3 years. At not within the year. And all the MOU translates into LOA making revenue per quarter is RM100mil per quarter with 20% ROE. Annualised EPS of 8sen; EPS 2sen per quarter and PE 20 only can give u RM1.50. Order book of 1.2Bil for next 3 years.

At the rate of dilution and , maintaining EPS 0.5 also a problem. I will consider if QR announce more LOA; NOT FROM BUDDY BUDDY COMPANY. (The only LOA they have now is from associated company Psiptek - that's more like cooking the book than doing legit business) Else it will be another Anzo scam. All trade receivables from buddy company jack the EPS up but never translate into cash generated from operation.

Price should start to rally in anticipation of reasonable improvement in revenue and profit.
