before this under BN is GKENT take up this project

so after PH come in then review the contract & cut costs & method

as contract already signed before then how GKENT can easy cancel it even if it found that will make less profit or loss

if cancel, then GKENT will need pay even more compensation

so GKENT would rather continue to do at lesser profit or some loss rather than pay high compensation
