Sabah Rebar price should be higher than KL price, RM3,000 should be inclusive of shipping cost about RM200 to 300.

Most of fund managers will upgrade the PE rating if the Sales Revenue & Net Profit is keep increasing for four quarter period , i.e one year time. If Masteel 4Q17 profit is more than 3Q17, we can estimate 1Q18 is even higher than 4Q17. We can consider Masteel meet this criteria after the 4th Qtr result released.

For current average PE among big 4-Annjoo/Ssteel/Lion/Masteel, average PE is from 7 to 10, therefore average is abt 8.5.

Fund manager may upgrade average PE > 10, the 4Q result is vital for their investment decision.

I am very confident that malaysia long steel sector will have good profit for at least 3 years from 2017 to 2019.

The current Rebar price of RM2700 may even higher on the rest of 2018, time will realize my estimation.
