R&D is there, if orders are high for a particular new product, the engineers have to supervise and monitor the progress and ensure the product are manufactured according to the specifications so as to fulfil orders on time. So R&D job will be slower and swing when orders are lower.

Newly listed shares also do troughly washing, still clean ma, wash until all abstain buying your shares then only you will taste eat yourself situation.

PP is beneficial to the Co. but it will dilute EPS and share holdings, not logical after announcement of PP, share price shoots up, it is just a ploy to attract PP investors. If there are any hidden agenda, I dont know but I have sold all my holdings in Ekovest. Please be prudent in your hard earn money in investments.
