Based on latest AR (published end Oct), Sg Petani expansion completed (within the targeted timeline i.e. 2H 2016). The RM16M budgetted CAPEX payment to contractors for the construction should be reflected in next 1Q Sep or 2Q Dec report.
This further reaffirms the sharp rise in Admin Expenses and 'poorer' results in last QR due to initial commissioning/testing stages of this new plant.
We shall see a much clearer picture in 2Q Dec or 3Q Mar report, when the production runs at optimum level.

Why in this case c6 only up 1 bid(0.5 sen) instead of up 1 sen for every 5 sen increase in mum, although ratio is 5 to 1?
For supermax, mum and c18 ratio (2.5 to 1) are quite closely followed. For eg, mum up 7 sen and c18 follow closely and up 3.5 sen, which is in line with the ratio of 2.5 to 1?

i have learned a lesson from my CIMB Call Warrants. If you find it attractive (long tenure, low premium, etc), don't hesitate, whack kow kow. It is safer than keep topping up at later stage (unless there are further developments that provide super good visibility)

rm17m more to be used for factory expansion by end 2016 and rm8m for m&a by 2017

which is why the strong support today. Most ppl in this counter r holding on to ride on its expansion

The rest of rights issue proceed is to fund its expansion

Only RM3m from the rights issue is used to pay down borrowing while another rm3.6m is used to fund working cap

Sometimes it depends on the loan composition as well. Term loan
/ trust receipts generally charges more interest compare to BA. I still holding EG as well, waiting for opportunity to top up.

Sifu Hippo, average borrowings in FY16 may be higher than FY15 hence the slightly higher interest. Balance sheet item is a position at certain point in time. Normal for higher interest charged even if no change between these 2 points of comparison

Just curious how much is the expenses attributed to their expansion. Normal for expenses to spoke up during initial stages of expansion before the revenue flows in

this is an investment counter not a trading counter. Aerospace biz expansion projected to start at end 2017 to fulfill exisiting additional orders. Meanwhile, long term investors who bought at much lower price would be more than happy to top up and buy on any dip
