Simple way to calculate for u.

Total rcps 600mil, 1 rcps worth 10c. Lets assume conversion at 2.5c. So 1 rcps can get 4 eduspec shares.

600mil multiplied by 4= 2.4b

2.4b+ 1.1b= 3.5b

Other factors to consider is higher conversion price and also Eduspec may choose not to borrow frm subscriber especially if theu can collect outstanding 50 mil from Indonesian govt.

Eduspec is suspiciously incognito. Is something big frm MOE aroud the corner? At these prices cant loose much, might gain alot!
