So how high for xxx? Don't know..3 to 5 points already means a return of 2.0 to 4.0% in one single trade ..very good for a QIQO trade..

I hold ten(10) lots@1.01 bought at last moment coz figure it can really go up with QE3 positive push after intense studies..

Now this is the UEMLAND we are talking about ehhh. UEMLAND is also one of the subsidiaries of UEM GROUP...As a result, it is the UEM Construction Sdn BHD and UEM Group will gain the most. Of course lah, they will share the job with most of their subsidiaries because 950+M job is not easy to do after all..everybody will get a piece..that is for sure...fully utilize the man-power to do the job is one of many ways to cut cost...I totally agree..hahahaha....

Need to top up at a later stage. The government would have to increase the budget due to unforeseen circumstances; otherwise, the project cannot be completed. Bear in mind, it was not the company’s fault; it is due to ‘unpredicted or expected situations’. It happens a lot, very common. So, good news..good..good.

But 1.90 will be a challenge on Tuesday. Even it closed at +0.11 on Friday, it doesn't mean it will perform the same on Tuesday ehh...

I mentioned it earlier that it would go up 5, 6 or even 7 point is actually valid.

Why? It was because the UEMLAND on Friday actually started trading at 1.73 (even though the closing price was 1.69 on Thursday) on Friday. It was being traded mostly at 1.78 until closing moment and pushed up to 1.80 in the end.

If we see UEMLAND starts on 1.82-1.83 on Tuesday, then the probability for it to close at 1.90 will be feasible. Nonetheless, it is still within 5, 6 or 7 points during actual trading period.

Do you agree? I sure hope it will go higher..hahahaha

Actually, I like NILAI area alot, planning to buy a condominium for my daughter to futher her studies one of these days or else it might be a good investment. There are alot of colleges over there.

1. DO NOT enter share market unprepared especially when you are busy doing work or studies.
(to avoid mistake due to lack of research and concentration, nobody can really be multi-tasking in between work and share trading at the same time.).

2. DO NOT enter share market when you feel sad or high with emotions.
( To avoid emotional and careless betting)

3. Every time when you make a profit, take a break. When you make a loss..walk away for a while.
(I know it is hard to do...it is because when you've made profits or losses; you tend to be either aggressive or defensive; sometimes both..cool down is the best method. TO MAKE MONEY IN THE STOCK MARKET, YOU NEED TO BE CALM AND FULLY CONCENTRATE.

Ironically, I just have 'taugeh' for dinner. Very nutritious and delicious if you know how to cook. Remove the head and roots; stir-fry with garlics and salted fish or 'ikan-bilis' with red chilli; remember to deep fry the 'ikan-Bilis' for a crispy taste... Yam-yam.

Well, UEMland never pay out dividends; if too expensive, nobody will support lah. On the other hand, UEMland is a good trading counter for those who can hold.

The beauty of it is dued to no 'dividend' payout. haha..the only way to get money out of UEMland is to sell..right? so every now and then the "BIG-GUNs" (GLCs or some Investment agencies)need to sell for the purpose of profit taking or paying for whatever expenses they name it. As a result, 3-6 month for the price to go up and gradually sell it down over a period of 4-8 weeks. During the selling period, they will pull the price up a bit and sell more..all kind of 'strategies' might apply.

And NAMO is right.."the Tabung Besar of GLC Co. RM 2.00 for Blue Chips", there are always something...to the best of the investment of course - FOR THOSE WHO PLAY WITH THEIR RULES..

Congrat on the gains on the AA for NAMO, MC and many others...I didn't buy AA, actually never touch AA but I did fly with AA all the whiles. hahahahaha...don't know why..

UEMland won't jump all the way..up or down always 5,6,and 7 points on the average..not like AA or JCY..

GANASAI...I know..it might go lower but like I say before..at least this counter has lots of properties..even if it does nothing and let the landbank sit for 5 years and still double in value. UEMLAND never payout dividends coz they use all the money to buy lands and properties. Need less to say the FH 2012 profit is 161 million (revenue 814 million) and will double by YD at the least.

I have calculated..the worst case scenerio is 1.54 in the immediate term. which is only double the value of 2008 (only 4 years ago)- very cheap indead with excellant fundemental.

Well, the current situation is still fairly safe, so average down is not a bad idea considering I entered at 1.64 and 1.65 with some other at higher prices of course.

And more importantly, if i don't buy more now, I will never have the courage do it and I might miss the boat. In addition, from 1.64 to 1.54 is only 0.1 away..I'll avearge dowm with 10 lots (10000 share) at a time until 1.54. My existing capital will be done by then. Oh..I am buying with cash all these while.

If it goes lower than that, I will definately use my cash reserve to buy more - great opportunity. so what do you think? I am open to any constructive criticism.

I prefer UEMland coz at least they have properties..even if they don't do anything and let it sit for 10 years still can double the value but AA can not...
