In short, we the rakyat are used by Umno leaders for this Johor by election to ensure the court cluster regain their power in Putrajaya! If Umno wins with convincing majority, then you see Zahid Najib pulling the rug hence the end of PM Sabri administration!
Which of course trigger GE15! And not bets who will be our next PM! I mean, Zahid Hamidi has been instrumental in Sheraton Move, the collapse of Mohiden administration and now Sabri administration!
My only question is, are rakyat ready to give power to the court cluster!

Islam is nothing more than a tool to control the minds of malays! Then again, every religion is used to control minds of it's followers!
National schools are now factory of indoctrination rather than used to produce productive member of society!
Today, PM Sabri allows teachers to participate in politics! But what PM Sabri fail to mention is that only those who preach Umno 'tuan melayu' will be allowed to participate in politics!
Then again, regardless, who Umno leaders are, they all into this 'tuan melayu' indoctrination agenda!
The only difference is the power struggling within Umno! Who sides with who! The confidence that majority malays returning to Umno fires up this madness!

Of late Zahid Hamidi is trying to paint that he is a victim! As usually he wants rakyat to know that he is there to serve rakyat!
I mean, isn't every single politician saying the same thing! But once they are in power, power corrupts and rakyat are made dumbass as usually! The cycle continues!
I assure you, once Zahid Hamidi regain power as PM, we should serve with the same stale 'Demi bangsa,agama dan negara' mantra! Yeah, the usually 'tuan melayu' shouting and screaming as if the non malays are enemy of the state!
But all this are only divertion to the continuation of looting and plundering!
I mean, Umno has been in charge for over 60 years! Malays remain poor! Many malay institutions are now on lifeline! And the non malays not even in power but serve as minions!
Why did this malay institutions fail, because of the same Umno leaders who scream and shout 'Demi bangsa, agama dan negara'!
It's pointless to say much politically! We know Malaysia is heading towards total failure anyway! With no oil wealth to bail us out like it used to, eventually everything will just crumble just like MAS! And eventually those in corridor of power will have to JV with China to develop Malaysia!
And dealing with China comes with a heavy price! But that's the path that we are heading anyway! So! What can i say! It is what it is!

Politics!

For tech stocks, be mindful of margin force selling! So we will see sudden drop of tech stocks in coming days! I don't think it's best to buy on dip for tech stocks! Better wait until fully bottom out!
But given 3 rate hikes, i am not sure when this will happen! Best to divert to other theme like oil and steel!

Actually i am quite surprise how resilient property during this 2 year Covid! I was hoping to see many property on auction! Still got but not as much as i was hoping for!

I still remember my lawyer telling me to call him if i want to buy more property! He was telling me got few more piles for me to look through!

Fortunately my experience with auction property has been pleasant! You know during down time of our economy like back in 2005, there was like piles and piles of property on lawyers desk! Boy, those where the days!

And also you need to prepare to do some refurbishment as well! You know some things like broken faucet, lights, cracks and so forth! If structural then better don't buy! I mean, structural can be a bit of a pain! Unless of course you know how to do it, that's different story! Paying contractor to do structural is quite expensive!

Nowadays, you can set the outstanding electricity bill of ex owner! As for water, if you buy apartment or condo, you need to pay them!

Yeah, i won't go into hassle of chasing anyone out! Best to check the property first! Check the outstanding as well if you really decided to buy it!

That's why better to check if it's vacant first! Vacant ones are so much easier!

By law you can charge the ex owner rental! Or seek a lawyer to get the police to ask them to move out! Another pain there!

Yeah! That's why you need to personal look at the property if it's occupy or vacant! If occupy by ex owner, a bit of problem!

That's why i only go for landed for auction! I mean, overdue council fee quite manageable! For apartments, not so! Need to settle management fee! Water and electricity too!

Yeah, you are responsible for unpaid bills! So do you homework before buying auction one!

Anyway, i don't see much value if you buy nowadays! Auction yeah! New ones, no!

Yeah, if you bought back your property back in 2005, you are laughing all the way to the bank! 2011 to 2015 was the best time to sell!

Commercial a bit too high for me! But yeah, better of course!

well not if you bought a property in Iskandar Johor...

Answer : Dude! Yeah! In Johor you need to be mindful! Do you homework before buying to sell back!

Basically all needed some refurbishment! But nothing major, just repair here and there! And no contractor involve, all done directly by those you know who! I mean, why give fat margin to contractors when the workers can get better pay directly!

However, i bought landed ones in open market not auction! If i bought in auction, i think i would made a killing!

Answer : Yeah! But those who bought in 2019 and beyond, not so good!

Started buying in Johor as i started selling the ones in KL!

Around 2016, 2017 and the last one 2018!

I was thinking of selling them off before Covid, fortunately all are rented so i KIV! Thanked goodness i didn't sell back then!

I bought like 5 landed in Johor! Gone up by 40% in less than 5 years!

I bought properties in Johor few years back! Best decision ever! Didn't expect during this few years gone up so much!

If you want to buy property now, go to auction! Not worth buying new ones! Already overinflated price! No margin even if you hold for 5 years!

My first entry to AYS was 57 cents! I said to myself, hold up wait a minute something ain't right! How come AYS going down to 57 cents when price of steel on strong surge! And then i look at Hiaptek, forever stagnant! And so i did some homework and found, what! Unbelievable! A high beta stock! I mean, why miss this opportunity to trade!

Yeah! AYS very exciting at the moment! If you time you buy and sell right, plenty of molla to be made! But again, if you got it right! Not easy but i am game for it!

Remind me of Tony Fernandes! Mindlessly expand Airasia all over the world! Always look down on malaysians when in reality only Malaysia and Thailand gave him fat profit over the years! Now AirAsia is PN17! Serve him right!

If you want long term buy and hold, Annjoo is the best choice!

AYS is purely trading stock! It has high beta! That's why i am moving from Hiaptek to AYS!

And then of course we know Anwar Ibrahim loves of street protest! And Azam Baki card is quite fitting to his narrative! You know, reform agenda! The fake reform agenda that is!
So yeah, few hundred boys and girls who really want to experience the street life did their gig today! And boy, to our surprise PM Sabri was so fast in directing enforcement on the streets! It was well planned, well organised and well equiped! PM Sabri should be given A for this!
Sadly he didn't realise that rakyat are watching! Rakyat saw a PM of the day protecting MACC chief over rakyat!
Perhaps PM Sabri is too blind to see! He already seal his fate today!

At last, the old Mahathirism will be thing of the past! Maybe Bossku will make a comeback given the vacuum of leadership!
