For bornoil, 8B shares issued for a loss making company with revenue less than rm100m a year. At 4sen, it value the company at RM320m. That is on par with Poh Kong and more than Tomei. With Poh Kong and Tomei already holding lots of gold, Bornoil has not even started digging. They unlikely got the approval to operate in this MCO too. As of now, it would take a big rally in gold to get them moving.

Market cap 400M. Steadily makes 50M a year and pays you around 6% yield in normal times, quarterly. No tax on dividend compared to REITs.

This stock will not be shariah compliant for some time because too much cash.

If they don't do any corporate exercise and share price doesnt go up, cash = share price in 4 years time lol while still owning a business and asset that makes 50M a year.

Put it this way...you're buying in for penny stock kind of return - the bright side is you don't get the penny stock kind of loss. Entering now, everyone has to agree downside is limited. So u have something that can't fall but has potential to go up many times - ur cost is u have to yawn and wait. So buy more and forget about it while u wait
