But irregardless of this issue, I still feel Topglov is extremely overvalued.

If Topglov doesn't file a suit against them, I have some doubts...

Also investigate whether the parties involved in spreading the rumours have indeed bought Topglov at low price today !

Very easy nia. Sue the news portal for RM50m for reputational damage. Then put the RM50m into retained earnings & next year distribute as dividend to shareholders. WIN.

I hope Topglove take action against The Thomson Reuters Foundation and the first news portal that reported the news. Take them to court for reputational damage and loss of shareholder's value. SUE SUE SUE !!!

Pro tip: Normally if the company is very confident of their innocence, they will make immediate announcement to Bursa to deny the allegations and reassure the investors. Now from morning until noon Topglov is still yet to make an announcement about the issue, pretty much obscure and bleak..

Final question.. How will this issue affect future earnings? If they stop workers from overtime, that means less production in future? Will the fine large enough to cause liquidity problem for Topglov?

According to Khaw, there would be improvement in revenue and net profit this year because of lower resin prices.

“The polyethylene prices have dropped to US$1,100 from US$1,300 per tonne in the last three months.

“The drop has lowered our production cost, enabling us to achieve a better margin,” he said.

I opposite with you guys. In 2015 volatile market I earned a lot. 2016 earned meagre. 2017 bull market lost a lot. 2018 turbulence market earned reasonably. My conclusion is all depends on what stocks u buy.
Eg: 2015 star - JHM & export stocks
2016 star - Airasia
2017 star - Vitrox & all tech stocks
2018 star - Leesk, Dufu, Frontkn so much more.

This one must buy a lot then wait until next QR. Hard to give a TP.

But don't forget its PBT rose from 3.8m to 8.9m to 11.8m. Exponential growth in PBT.
But now can the 15m rose to 20m beyond?
Or more realistically the PBT will drop below 15m next Q?

2015 year-end that time is because the USD rose steeply vs MYR. That's has powered all export stocks into frantic buying. But now the USD so stagnant at RM4.2. Hard to generate previous type of frantic buying.

How much is sufficient order? Can they sustain RM60m revenue next quarter?
