1) RM 50M BG - already taken up /expensed off in the books . Court case is on-going as Jaks has entered its defence . Jaks lawyers say Jaks has grounds because Star instructed changes in design leading to requirement for plan resubmission & approval resulting in delay in completion .
If Jaks wins the case , the BG 50M will be recovered & it will be a bonus to Jaks . Let's wait & see.
Jaks did also say they might claim for VO done .

2) Vietnam PP sub-contracted wholly to CEEC - In safe hands & sound as we can see the progress so far , ahead of schedule . Jaks is enjoying " goyang-kaki" income /profit during construction period .

CONCLUSION :
The author's article doesn't seem to be reliable .

The author also mentioned this :
"So where is the earnings coming from? It is due from the JV to build the power plant, a recognition work in progress from construction. An accounting procedure."

Regarding the proposed arrangement mentioned earlier by our friend to visit Vietnam power plant,
my view now is that it is not necessary as we are sure it is in very safe & capable hands ( China JV majority partner) and it is in advanced stage & ahead of schedule as seen from the news media & video clips posted by our members .
Our main concern is regarding the M'sia property businesses & their current position and its impact .
Maybe DK66, as the good samaritan, together with your chosen persons , can make arrangement to interview ALP to get first hand updates on the current position from him personally.
Your efforts will be well appreciated by all of us here .

In bursa market place, we have traders (short-term) & investors (longer-term) .Traders would go in & out and are after short-term gains . This is their choice . This is a fact & quite normal in bursa market place .
DK66's articles( fortunate to have this selfless guy) on Vietnam power plant have already factored in M'sia side businesses in his analysis & projections .
If we are clear of the potential gains that the Vietnam power plant will offer once it is completed and starts commercial electricity production( which is not many months away !) , we can ignore the
small noises ( small price corrections) along the way.

Just look at MFCB, what is its price now ? Isn't that is the price we ( the investors) are looking forward to ?

STAY CALM & STAY INVESTED ONCE WE HAVE FOUND A GEM & OUR VISION IS SET .

Quite true statement for bursa market.
Traders ( not real investors) tend to trade based on qtr results and they form a major portion in Bursa market
