My views :
OTB has done his part & his best . We greatly appreciate his efforts . So pls do not blame OTB .
ALP did not meet OTB as promised on that day and " eluded " ( for reason we are not aware of unless ALP can clarify to reflect his responsibility towards minority investors / shareholders ) .
He has to remember that we are part of the Company and we have put our hard earned money into the company irrespective of amount .
OTB also mentioned the staff he met are all new .
This incident has raised question in my mind on :
1) accountability, responsibility , transparency , credibility of entire Management towards us, the minority investors/ shareholders .
Perhaps we should raise this issue at the upcoming AGM .
This reminds me of the recent video i watched : " Harry interviewing SCGM CEO " . SCGM CEO is so friendly, cooperative , responsible and transparent during interview . He has done the interview more than once .
What a difference !! This is what we expect .
I hope ALP & management is reading this post .

DK66>There is no earnings guidance on Hai Duong Power plant given to Publicinvest to enable them to value Jaks on future earnings. For a company to be valued using RNAV with discount, it is usually distress valuation without regard to earnings. It is normally done when the company is believed to be facing current earnings setback. This method is not suitable for Jaks as any valuation without consideration of its power plant which is commissioning soon is not fair and reliable. IBs may not wish to spend too much time doing research on their own, they usually rely on management for guidance.
