YTL Johor Data Center park is the first and largest renewable energy integrated data center park in Malaysia.
With 275 acres of land earmarked for data centers, the park provides scalability to discerning data center players. The site is zoned for industry, and has access to national grid power and water resources, both critical for the data center operations.

The park will have dark fibre connectivity to Singapore positioning it as a major alternative data center hub for the South-East Asia region. The dark fibre connectivity will provide low latency network connections to data centers in Nusajaya, KIDEX and Singapore.

The park is adjacent to approximately 1,500 acres of land that will be used to plant up solar farms. The first data center within the park (‘JDC1’) is expected to ready by Q1 2024 and it will be powered by renewable energy.

So far only YTLP has 500MW Solar Power facilities with 1,500 acres of land or 65 million sf of land in Johor.

Everyday is getting heavier with new shares been issued by the incompetent Ang family, management team for fund-raising to pay their high salaries and long-term incentive program. the ones that die in ditch are the shareholders after a decade long fighting but yet getting nothing.

wander how Jaks secured water fish investors to take up their PP again after this kind of results... rushing for Lss4 at noncompetitive biding price at 50MW solar currently running a loss... with all businesses in the loss except for Vietnam Power Plant

YTLP PE is still single digit...Cannot find any stock offers good growth but low PE like YTLP...

Current share price is near to historical low....

（吉隆坡3日讯）MN控股（MNHLDG，0245，创业板）通过子公司，获得国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板公用事业股）颁发的发电站输电设备扩展工程合约，价值1760万令吉。

根据今天的文告，MN控股将负责为国能位于柔佛巴西古当的发电站，建设2座额外的高架输电线设施，同时，也替换现有的2座高架输电线设施。

（吉隆坡4日讯）MN控股（MNHLDG，0245，创业板）接获总值9800万令吉的数据中心工程合约。

MN控股向马交所报备，接获客户A的合约，以在南马的数据中心提供设计、供应、安装高压水平定向钻探与缆缆工程。

文告称，“客户A除了数据中心服务外，还提供通讯科技咨询服务、进出口数据中心器材等。但存在保密协议，在未获得书面允许下，不便透露客户名称。”

根据文告，合约将从2023年12月1日开始，预计结束日期为2025年1月15日。

MN控股相信，该合约可为集团营收和盈利带来正面影响。

闭市时，MN控股报57仙，起2仙或3.64%，成交量1140万8700股。

AI wave has just started from software and chips like Chatgpt, AI cloud... now power/water sector as AI uses a lot of green power, the next will be computers, handphone, equipments, factory automation, humanoid, machine learning, consumer electronic etc. The next 10 years, we can expect AI to be deeply integrated into our daily lives.

If Microsoft has bought land for its data centre, there are others big names like Google, Oracle, FB etc may use YTLP AI data centre. YTLP has both land and green solar power for its AI data centre.

If YTL hit all time high, it is a matter of time for YTLP to do the same as both are closely correlated...in the past is YTLP moves first, then YTL. Now maybe YTL, then YTLP. Let see...

I would say current price is attractive.. Not only it has involvement in AI, AI will also used up a lot of power. See power stocks in Msia, USA and China all are trending up...

YTLP 500MW green data centre. Who will be next taker, after Nvidia. Hopefully the next will be Microsoft...

O&G is sunset industry. Service providers will be first to hit than big oil like Exxon where they still have gas, petrol station, chemical plant etc.

Genting mgt is poor, failed to create value in terms of share price. Genting share price was RM 4.88 in 2006, now year 2024 is RM 5.05

For a stock with PE less than 8.98 and forward PE of lesser than 9, there is nothing to worry about lah. Just normal and healthy consolidation process. Any big drop is the opportunity to invest or short term trade...

If not PH, vote Pas or its related alliances kah?

forget about LHI and move on to other stocks. Company with poor mgt with a lot of family members working in group is hard to trieve as no check and balance, no discipline in place, imagine...how to take action against a family member if found any wrongdoings?
