該公司董事經理拿督斯里賈瑪魯汀通過文告表示，該獨特的組合給予亞通一個完美的拓展機會，並讓亞通能夠鞏固他們在南亞區域的大本營。

“我們將會與尼泊爾政府密切合作，並積極提昇尼泊爾人民的生活質量。”
他說，這包括提供高速上網及提昇現有的產品及服務以迎合尼泊爾目前的年輕人及中年人市場。
“我們將會盡企業責任，與尼泊爾政府及民間團體密切合作，提供社會經濟增長於該國及人民。”

100萬尼泊爾外勞
在大馬工作
目前，有約100萬名尼泊爾外勞在大馬工作，這表示國際通話及手機匯款擁有發展的潛能。
在亞通進入尼泊爾市場後，該公司即將為Ncell用戶推出兩項特別的漫遊和語音服務，分別為亞通漫遊及“Call Ayo Paisa Payo”，讓用戶能夠從中享有特別優惠。
亞通在Ncell的新董事經理西蒙表示，他與Ncell團隊共同合作，一同帶領Ncell邁向更卓越的等級及呈獻更好的表現。
“我們的目標是為尼泊爾人民服務，通過我們的經驗，提昇網絡及覆蓋率、技術部署、市場策略、產品成長、人力資源及高效的採購流程，並培育和發掘本地人才。”
亞通是通過其獨資子公司亞通投資有限公司，以13億6千500萬美元（約52億9千935萬令吉）收購Reynolds控股有限公司，進而掌握尼泊爾最大電訊公司Ncelld 180%股權。
尼泊爾當地公司Sunivera資本企業私人有限公司是亞通的夥伴，持有Ncell 20%股權。
