i sold at 63 today.. better then dividend of 1.25.. tomorrow price will be adjusted..

buying at 0.60 for dividen of 1.25 sen in one month..why not ....

it is the dividend that made me rich as today. thank kc . i invested in reit for 9 years , with dividend and capital gain , and bplant after it dip to 1.25...i collected huge return from them. no one will believed.

As i said, you will expect mbsb will drop slightly as ppl take profit by selling off their drp unit for profit. me too, sold off 24 lots at 1.35 for a fast gain of 4.8k now will buy back if price dip further.

price will drop as some sell off the drp unit at cost 1.15

i dont mean to keep till the whole life knowing it is going to expired in sep 17, may be by end of June when merger is successful. cy should at least go to 10 sen.

jcy is better than arreit now, 5 sen yearly on 60 sen cost, 8.33 yearly return, i move away from arreit after 8 years, seeing dividend getting less and less, truly disappointed.

I hope it reach 1.50 next month, i shall dispose 1/3 for profit taking. i own a huge amount.

Many have expressed disappointment on the dividend,, some may sell off due to this, the price may drop this few days, for those die hard supporter, buy and accumulate for the next quarter it is only three months away., i think the following three more quarters will sure be better in order to fulfill their promise for a better dividend than last year during the AGM. if price drop before ex date, buy more.

by paying out 278 millions from land sale in Butterworth, bplant has managed to cut the gearing ratio from 0.41 to 0.23, bplant need to pay out another 355 million to clear the last debt to zero, it can be done by just selling off the remaining land of 701.22 ha in butterworth for an amount more than 700 millions...this company immediately become debt free....and cash rich.....so this is not a debt laden company.

i coudn't find any reason why the price of bplant can not match Ijm plant..at 3.10

As a share holder, it may be useful to study the annual report of bplant and compare that of ijm plantation on all aspects.

when you buy bplant , you are buying the most undervalue counter... in book value, the cost per acre is only 14000 ,they own 170,000 acres .Recently they sold 3000 acres for 750,000,000...average price sold was 250,000 per acres. if you know how to count, you will invest in bplant. with dividen of 15 sen per year, and chances of price appreciating to possible 3.00 or more in 5 years times, if you still not satisfy, sell your share now and put your money with JJPTR, they pay you 20 sen in one month. i will advice those short term kaki to leave and just let those with confident investors remain.
