this is one of my few dividend counter in my portfolio, i do have others that is for growing. jcy pay dividend every quarter, should price not moving, at 57,5, i still gain a yield of 8.6%, better than FD should price move more than 2 sen, eg at 60 sen, i will sell all for profit better than collecting dividend. jcy price has moved following this pattern and i have made some money. sell before ex, and buy back after ex when price dip. will that a answer you want....YUS7888..

Force and 3134, the price is cheap now , buy some, you have good opportunity to join all other to make some money, but whether you have the fund to invest or not, i really don know. hopefully at least you are supportive and positive, bursa got lot of money for both of you to collect, like me....ok...???

3134, even merger failed, mbsb still hidup, mbsb belongs to everyone who has an account in EPF. Epf owned 66 % of mbsb , mbsb habis, your working father and mother also habis.

yes force, i am so positive because i play with my own money. last week if i sold all, my profit was 450k, this week only left 330 k, how can you know next week may drop to 200k or jump to 500k..we take risk, we act and we wait, not just making noise but do nothing like some fools..

price dropping is due to market sentiment, it will rebound, mean time while it is cheap, just collect even you need to withdraw from your FD. i think some bank is not as secure as BPLANT..

if you have 1.62 million in hand, will you buy 1 million bplant share and enjoy 150,000 dividend in a year, or you buy 65000 kLK share that earn you dividend of 32700, or you buy 59124 ultplt share that earn you only 68000 dividend a year. the price of bplant is still very low and attractive and many still not aware that they can afford to invest. PE of bplant 11.32, PE of klk and utdplt are both above 20. bplant is newly listed only three years in bursa, but please read the 2016 annual report of the three plantation and work out the profit and dividend. bplant have just disposed a piece of land of 1675 acres out of it 180000 acres of land bank, collected 620million and can just clear off all bank loan and become debt free and cash rich, and still own many pieces of land at prime area like Pengerang , Kulai , Semenyih and Butterworth, it worth more than 2 billions for this four piece of land that is equivalent to his paid up capital, what about the rest of the land that can sell up to many many billions, to me, i invested over two millions in this counter it mean i owned about 200 acres of his land, i should say this 200 acres of land should worth more then 10 million ringgit now and mean times, i am collecting >200k a year in dividend, While others are still ignorance, let us be smart.

shall we just put Calvin to a side.year 2012, he was not with us, you may recall May 2012, a special bonus of 30 sen was paid as a result of land sold in Sarawak. Then, on the 09/04/14, cbip price surge to 4.75 were i sold off my 300 lots making a clean profit of 800k, return to cbip again 2016 till now, so, neither i am new, nor i am his follower, i just like him not to talk too much about this counter as one day, let the market decide by herself, cbip will shine again, because , without Calvin telling us, you and me know, cbip is a good counter, trust me.

i said jcy is a better counter, just made 6% in one month ..sold 400 lots of arreit last month and bought jcy at 0.60, sold yesterday at 0.63 with addition of 1.25 sen dividend. not bad..now it dip after dividend, i am buying back at .60 again.

sold my last 150 lots at 0.63 with dividend of 1.25.,18k or 6 % gain in one month, not that bad.., time to buy back at 0.60 or even lower. the operator of this counter playing fast game, if you are not careful, you will be trapped..buy low and wait for another round of profit and dividend....congrats Woody, we play the same strategy. my every round is 500 big lots, cost < 0.60...

i sold at 63 today.. better then dividend of 1.25.. tomorrow price will be adjusted..

it is the dividend that made me rich as today. thank kc . i invested in reit for 9 years , with dividend and capital gain , and bplant after it dip to 1.25...i collected huge return from them. no one will believed.

As i said, you will expect mbsb will drop slightly as ppl take profit by selling off their drp unit for profit. me too, sold off 24 lots at 1.35 for a fast gain of 4.8k now will buy back if price dip further.

price will drop as some sell off the drp unit at cost 1.15

i dont mean to keep till the whole life knowing it is going to expired in sep 17, may be by end of June when merger is successful. cy should at least go to 10 sen.
