All companies that do importing for the construction materials must apply for ePermit to be used for custom clearance. The only company that provides such service of issuing ePermit is Dnex.

In December 2017, my company applied for the ePermit via Dnex for the import of a special construction material. Of course, we were required to do registering and pay the registration fees. The import we did is one-off, that means we do not need Dnex service thereafter.

However, Dnex keeps keeps sending invoices to my company for monthly fees. Of course, I ignore it because I do not need its service anymore. So far, the amount it charges keeps accumulating.

In short, it means Dnex keeps sending invoices for the fees it can't collect.

I apologise to you for offending you in the past. I'm so sorry for that. But for Dnex's case, I sincerely want to let you know the truth. I can even show proof to you of what I wrote above. Give me your email and I will forward the said email of Dnex to you.
