With yields picking up 2.3% in FY15, coupled with the sharply lower unit costs on low oil prices, we expect marginal FY15 losses and for it to be in the black by FY16.

Result Review

The good FY14 results with core earnings of MYR289m exceeded our and street estimates. Reiterate BUY, although we cut our TP to MYR5.53 (88.7% upside) from MYR5.75. We continue to like Press Metal, a world-class low cost aluminium smelter. Also, while the commodity’s LME prices have softened, they have been more resilient vis-à-vis other metals. Its margins are also partly cushioned by the weaker MYR.

USP Rolls In

Company Update

OCK has received the LOA for Phase 1 of the USP Timeline 3 project. Maintain BUY and MYR1.06 TP, a 29.3% upside. The award is keenly anticipated, with the group expected to be busy over the next two years from a good pipeline of telco site deployments. OCK is also submitting its bids for the recently opened tender for Phase 2/3 of the USP project, which closes in mid-December.

Just buy at bottom line. Contract will be rewarded soon.

Just because of RHB, I bought it at 3.++ this year April. AM more not accurate, keep hold rating but the share price keep up.

Found out warrant quite interesting . Exercise price 1.10, now 2.29, value of the warrant could be 3.39. If based on RHB research, 5.75, fair value of pmetal WARRANT = 4.65.

Capacity To Surge With New Power Deal

We applaud Press Metal’s plan to double its Samalaju plant’s capacity, which would lift total smelting capacity to 760,000 tpa (~1.5% of global primary aluminium consumption). Maintain BUY, with a higher TP of MYR5.75 (68.1% upside) – at a 10% discount from our fully-diluted DCF valuation. We also lift FY16F earnings by 27.7% as the new plant will most probably replicate its low-cost model, which is in the first quartile of the global cost curve.
