Due to low oil prices... Petronas has no doubt started asking for discount way back wef Oct 2014


Pernegy's GP% has dropped by about 31% due to lower rates.... 31% is for sure a big blow for months years to come


Low oil prices will also make the recovery of capex for KBM slower... and delay its contribution... for how long more need to wait? ???

Due to continued low oil prices at below USD 50, two of Bumi Armada’s FPSOs which operate in offshore Nigeria have been lying idle as their Nigerian majors have decided to suspense operations till further notice as their production cost was high in the region of USD 78.57/bbl..

The FPSOs involve are Armada Perkasa and Armada Perdana.



This is a caution not an alarm…


If oil prices stay below USD 50 long time… there will be considerable risk in investing in Armada…. Take note
