40% of 32.7mil and 32.3mil is about 26 million barrel. paying 260 mil to Salamander, meaning sona is paying about 10USD per barrel... Current oil price is 108. I know it is not calculated this way. But well, lets see how the deal turns out in the next few quarters.

no one can tell u whether sona can buy or not, if you think Sona have something to announce, then buy, else stay away. There is no fundamental in this stock, only speculation. And 101% people in this thread are speculators.

recently RH PETROGAS (if anyone remembers, when TheStar reported Sona might JV with) rise a lot and got UMA by SGX, they did responded by saying there might be potential takeover or JV bid going on. Wonder if Sona is involved again? Maybe, maybe not...

my sifu said, must always remember to take profit. 40%,30%,25% also good, as long as take some on the rise. If drop u made some already, if rise u earned less that's all. Over the long run, wont get burn even during market crashed. Anyway, support PRLEXUS. Still slightly lag behind MAGNI. but a good report will tarik some attention. :)

don't worry so much la. PRlexus should undergo adjustment after flying from 1.15 to 1.6 in few weeks time. My remiser said there are correction in small cap stocks today. I think its a healthy correction. PRlexus PE of 6.7 is still decently low, wait a few days, when correction is over, can consider going in again.
