very odd trading pattern, maybe epf stop selling these two days. if big volume like 200k done in a day very easily fall back to RM24. had took some profit at RM25.xx to RM27, bought cheap around RM21 few months ago. will buy back if fall back to RM24

what is the percentage of sales and profit come from supplying to others? only FFM can do that and not others? daily products are just too competitive

malaysian population is that much only and there are so many similar competitive products, i dont think FFM high growth is sustainable

MK 163 going to sell to Sunway reit for 215mil,land in desa sri hartamas going to sell to sunway group for 170mil,added up is 385mil.Market cap for ynh today is around 340mil,why buying 2 parcels of lands paying more than the whole ynh value? Guess sunway might buy out ynh,just my 2 cents

@max2838 Even without the land sales , q3 2023 profit still much higher than q3 2022. I agreed with u that the associates making more gain. But isn't that great? Perodua is the crown jewel of Mbmr. Perodua giving so much dividend to Mbmr every quarter and mbmr return most of it to us as share holders.
