recent sell off is an overreaction or a knee jerk reaction similar to tenaga just recently. The company's fundamentals are intact depite being leveraged..and it will only die at oil price at $40. Now brent is at 60 so it should hold out ok. At the current price it is ok to buy. Near term I sthink EPF would take up more stake, I am guessing foreigners are the ones who are panic selling. Local insti will come in and support because it is the biggest private oil and gas company..who wanna let it burn..a lot of Malaysian interests at stake..i think early next week should rebound a bit, then stabilize around 2.50-2.60 while waiting for the full year results.
