Yeah..in this kind of market you need to buy cash, not contra. Unless you are really pro and can also play short

shortsellers will be the king today..the idea is very simple..they sell high and buy low to cover...if you don't buy and sell then they will be doing it within their circle, means from right to left pocket. they may lure buyers by pushing price a bit.

of course the 'don't buy and sell' only applies to the long term holders and recent buyer with actual cash as they have holding power..i.e many waiting for the QR which is expected to be good. for contra players you will need to pray hard.

Just be careful that I3 consists of individual and groups from different backgrounds, over the time you can spot that certain IDs are from the same group of fund manager/sharks. So your decision to buy and sell should be based on your own homework either on TA, FA , value investing bla bla bla.
