It depends on the type of contract, but suspect that for this long term contract there will be lump sum work orders with no standby on weather charge allowed. Hence they get a good revenue/payment from petronas/psc for works completed but they need to pay extra for any standby on weather (vessel, equipment and manpower) , hence more operating cost and trim down the margin.
