+ contractor works for lrt 3 is rm 20 mil per year
total increase net profit annually = rm 70 mil
now with the sport complex project... will expect to provide another rm 10 mil per year

total extra profit is rm 80 mil per year. This will growth eps about 20-30% .

midf give a tp price of 2.16 per share. Fair enough mrcb for this price if to include all this additional new profit.
